Välkommen till Off the Grid-villan så som den ses på HGTV: s karibiska liv. En riktig karibisk semester vid havet. Skäm bort dig själv och låt dina bekymmer glida bort, även om det är några dagar. Denna 3 sovrum, 3 1/2 badrum privata turkiska och Caicos hyra villa ligger direkt på havet i Providenciales, Turks och Caicos. Bort från folkmassorna i Grace Bay, till den lugnare sidan av ön känd för fantastisk utsikt över gin klart, turkos vatten, vita sandstränder, varma havsvatten och naturligtvis tropiska tropiska solnedgångar.

Denna villa är en dold pärla i ett paradisskiva. Miles av vit sand, lugna vindar till skillnad från Grace Bay, och massor av utrymme att utforska in och ut ur vattnet. Simma, snorkla, kajak, kajak eller sola i solen i vår 25 x 18 fot saltvatten infinity edge pool. På natten kan du äta Alfresco under stjärnorna och lyssna på ... ingenting .. bara ljudet från vattnet när det träffar strandlinjen. Perfekt för små familjer, par eller singlar.

Great spot for 3 couples
We stayed with 2 adult children and partners. The 3 bedrooms, each with private baths, were ideal for us. We cooked in a fair amount. Adequate kitchen. Beautiful view of Chalk Sound.

Awesome time at "Off the Grid" in Turks and Caicos!
This "Off the Grid" VRBO was a perfect location for our group of 3 couples to relax and unwind. The house and accommodations were very nice and clean. The outdoor patio around the pool was a perfect hang out spot throughout the day. We also spent time at the private "beach" area by Chalk sound and did some kayaking and snorkeling in the sound. The setting and privacy of this house was perfect!

Off the Grid
Amazing views, property and seclusion, yet just a short drive away from incredible beaches! Just a short ride to Grace Bay, the ferry or any other adventures on the island as well as restaurants. My family enjoyed the pool, swimming out in the sound from the house and just enjoying the gorgeous view! Both the owner and property manager, Cady, were very responsive and easy to work with. My teenage sons unanimously voted this as their favorite VRBO and vacation! I agree!

Beautiful home with stunning view
This is a beautiful home, perfect for a family to stay in comfort. The views and pool are spectacular. The house has every amenity needed. My son and husband really enjoyed the kayak. If you’re seeking privacy away from the tourist crowds, this is a great choice. We drove to Grace Bay every day for activities and the drive is a bit rough. It does not feel short when you’re doing it often. I found the location to be a tad inconvenient for the number of activities we wanted to do. Cady, our host, was very helpful and kind. The one concern I had was over the extra cost of the AC which was not mentioned in the house description except for others’ reviews. We turned the AC off while we were gone and still went over the allotment. This should have been made more clear at the time of booking just to set expectations better. Overall it was a very nice house and we had a great time.

A Serene Getaway with Stunning Views
We had an amazing stay at this property! The scenery was breathtaking, and being right on Chalk Sound was a dream. Although the wind prevented us from using the kayak, we still enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. We used the pool everyday and it was a definite highlight. The house came equipped with everything we needed. Loved having a clean grill too. Cadi was incredibly friendly and gave us a thorough tour upon arrival. We drove into Grace Bay once or twice a day, but the peaceful location of this house was worth it. Plus, being close to Taylor Bay beach was a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend this property for a serene getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying at this VRBO. We stayed here June 2023 and July 2024, so we obviously love it. Things we love about this place: -Private/Secluded location (yet a close car ride to every single thing) -Spacious, clean, well maintained house -Fully stocked kitchen -Great outdoor grill for BBQs -Nice sized pool that you don't have to share with others -Great hammock -Small private "beach" area for swimming and jumping off rocks Something to keep in mind: -It's hard to manage the a/c. You are allotted $150 for the week, but need to be very vigilant during your stay and make sure all rooms have a/c turned off when you are not in them.

Fabulous!
We had an amazing vacation at this property! Our family consists of myself, my husband, our 18 year old twins and our 11 year old son. The property was super clean when we arrived and Cady was there to show us around. She was very friendly and gave us many great tips about the area and answered all our questions. The house had everything we needed and more! The outside was a dream and we spent many hours enjoying the grounds. We probably divided our time 50/50 between staying at the house and engaging in activities around the island. Around the house, we swam in the sound and the pool, sat by the water, kayaked and played games. Around the island we went parasailing, rented jet skiis (highly recommend!) and snorkeled as well as enjoyed island cuisine at several local restaurants. One review mentioned the electricity allotment and were initially concerned that this meant the electricity would be shut off if we went over. This is not the case at all! We simply took a picture of the meter before we left and paid the difference. We did use the air conditioners probably more than average, but we are from the Northeast US and are used to a much cooler environment! Overall, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Peaceful
I've been going to Providenciales for 20 years and normally stay on Grace Bay. This was the 1st time we stayed in Chalk Sound and we absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and the house and very much enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back.

Great place, great time.
Our family of four spent the week at Off the Grid to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. As my five-star rating shows, we have no complaints! Booking was easy, Cady was easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. A few things to note for future guests: - There are some great grocery stores on-island, but they are expensive. There's the Graceway IGA and the Graceway Gourmet, the latter every bit like a US grocer. We brought some dry goods like cereal, crackers, snack bars, etc. It was worth it. - Cady's management company has a tie in with a rent-a-car dealer (name I don't remember). We used Hertz, which was fine, but she can give you a discount code for another agency. Ask in advance. - You get $150 of electricity with your rental. We used this up in two days, altho we were there in the heat of late May. We economized and used less in the last part of the trip. I hope this is helpful to all future visitors. You can't go wrong with this house.

Paradise
Every amenity you need in the perfect paradise. This was our first trip to Turks and we LOVED being down in Chalk Sound away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Right down the road from some amazing food options and pristine beaches PERFECT for young kids. Our 2 year old could walk out for a mile and still be waist deep. We had 2 days where the water outside the property was glass/no wind, and it was so beautiful to be out on the water in the provided kayak. We fit our family of 5 onboard :). We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cady made us feel welcome and gave us all of the best suggestions for the island. Malcom Roads Beach is a hidden gem and a must see. 12 out of 10.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The access to the Sound was great. We were only able to swim/kayak in it two days because of the wind. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The villa has everything you need for your stay - lots of beach towels and bath towels, extra sunscreen and bug spray (you will need the bug spray at night). We went to Taylor Bay - absolutely gorgeous! The villa is about a 25 minute drive to Grace Bay. We went there almost every day because that is where the good restaurants are. I recommend Baci Ristourante, Morgan's Reef, Hemmingways and Shay Cafe. Las Brisas and Chaulkies were also good and they were close to the Villa. We did a three hour boat tour with Silly Creek Adventures. It was super fun and informative. If we returned to Turks and Caicos we would stay here again.

A little piece of Paradise
Off the Grid Villa is genuinely one of the most beautiful, perfect, incredible, quiet and beautiful (has to be said twice) places I have ever stayed. 10 days wasn't long enough, we all wish we could have stayed and didn't want to leave. Here are my thoughts on this slice of heaven. 1: The view of Chalk Sound is perfect; from the deck, you can see the right amount of excellent chalky bright blue water. 2: Chalk Sound is now one of my favorite places. The water is perfect temp, excellent for snorkeling, and you can sit in it all day, and we did. 3: The hosts are amazing people and worked with us the entire time. Cady is a wonderful woman; she checked in on us a few times to ensure we had a great stay. 4: One of our worries in Turks and Caicos was crime; we spent ten days there and never felt we needed to worry about anything. The people are lovely, friendly, and always helpful. 5: The house had everything we needed, from towels to chairs, movies, games (you must check out the game Florida Man, its hilarious), the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, BBQ was good. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I wanted to buy it from the owners. The only thing it needs is a decent blender; that is the only thing we could find that it needed. 6: The pool is great but we spent most of our time in the sound. We rented kayaks and explored the sound. We are already planning our trip back later this year. We fell in love with Turks and Caicos and Off the Grid Villa.

Incredible Villa!
There's literally nothing to complain about. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is simply incredible. There's so much to do when you walk out the back door like swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in the sound, or laying in the hammock under the palm trees, or playing in the pool. In all of our travels, this is one of our most favorite rentals ever!

Wonderful Vacation
Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 15) had a wonderful stay at Off the Grid Villa. It’s hard to get my family to travel as 3 of us are homebodies since we live at the beach and love it. Off the Grid villa was perfect. Everything was top notch: communication, views, cleanliness, comfortable, and well stocked. Cady, the house manager is so lovely. She checked in with us especially once she found out my son was sick. He came down with a horrible ear infection on day 1. We had to go to Grace Bay Medical Center Urgent Care on Monday and they were lovely. In and out in 20 minutes on a holiday. We saw Dr Valerie. We were thankful we had the house once he got sick because I hung out at the house with him while my daughter and husband went out each day. You will need a rental car as it’s at least a 20 minute drive from the heart of Grace Bay. With my son sick, we didn’t eat out as much. We picked up from Las Brisas multiple times, and it was great each time. It gave us a chance to spend time together, the 4 of us, which was much needed. The views and comforts of home helped my husband decompress from a stressful job. My son felt comfortable at the house despite feeling miserable until our last day. The quiet mornings by the water comforted the soul. My teenage daughter loved the pool and daily outings with her dad. The locals are extremely welcoming. We loved it! Beautiful home in an even more beautiful location
I would love to give this vacation rental home a 5-star rating. The views from the back porch were gorgeous and the infinity pool was a wonderful amenity. I really do feel like the owners and property manager wanted to supply us with everything we could need to make sure we had the best possible stay. However, I was disappointed with their electricity allotment policy. I do not feel like they were upfront with this policy as it was not mentioned anywhere in the VRBO listing. An electricity allotment was briefly mentioned in the welcome packet. Upon check-in Cady informed us that we had an electrical allotment of $150 for the week. We left the air-conditioning on the settings they were on at check-in and used our entire electrical allotment in 2.5 days (using only lights, tv, and the air-conditioning). For the rest of the vacation, we were miserable sitting in a hot house and did not use the washing machine, oven, or dishwasher during our stay. Cady suggested we turn the air-conditioning off when we were not there. However, we chose this house because of the amenities it had allowing us to stay there during the day and not having to travel to a beach or pool. At the nightly rate, guests should not have to be uncomfortable during their stay. I would recommend this home for your next vacation, but the listing needs to be more upfront about the electricity allotment. The rental fee should be adjusted to allow renters to be comfortable without worrying about the electrical meter.

Beautiful Home!
I was on island for a conference and brought my two teenage daughters and their friends. The house was perfect. You could chose to be in the pool, kayak or swim in Chalk Sound or lie on the pool deck. The decking does get very hot, so make sure you bring sandals or flip flops. You will need to rent a car to get around the island as the house isn’t near shopping/ restaurants. All in all, we had a fantastic time and hope to stay there again next year!!

Beautiful House and Location
My family recently stayed at Off the Grid, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location/views are gorgeous. We highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a visit to TCI.

The Best VRBO Ever
This was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed in! I was worried because sometimes the pictures don't always really represent the place. This one does - the rooms are amazing, the view is incredible and there is plenty of space. At first, I was a little annoyed by the property manager but only because I am used to VRBO that just give you a code and then you get there when you do. Normally, we shop for groceries and then make our way to the house. Cady is not like that at all and now I understand why. She called several times when we got off of the plane to make sure we were on our way because she was meeting us at the house. She even was actively looking for us on the road to make sure we did not get lost on the way to the house. Once there, she went through all the amenities (how to work the air, the alarm, went over a detailed map of the island to show us places to go, and then handed over a physical key. I have never been to a VRBO that is so well stocked - there was zero need to go out and buy more paper towels, more toilet paper, dishwasher detergent or propane for the grill. There were 2 roll away beds if needed as well. Everything was in abundance. Not like other VRBOs that give yo the bare minimum to start with. We had one issue with the yoga pad ladder coming detached from the platform. I messaged Cady and it was fixed the same day!!!!!! The view is amazing and the kids loved the kayak and snorkeling right off the back of the house. I do wish there was another kayak but I also didn't realize till the end of the week that we could have rented one and had it delivered. There were plenty of rafts, snorkle gear, and beach chairs.

Party of 4 Adults - Wonderful
Off the Grid Villa was perfect in every way. My Husband and myself had stayed at this property twice before, prior to the renovation and addition of the pool. We thought this property was simply perfect before, it’s wanting for nothing now. It’s a slice of peaceful tranquility. Very private, and very quiet. We felt like we were the only people on the island, which is what we wanted. A great big shout out to Cady Clayton who was attentive, gracious and made our trip just that much better. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to truly unwind. A car is needed and come prepared with bug spray- the no-see-ems can be brutal.

Perfect honeymoon!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful villa. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, fabulous pool, and the view of Chalk Sound was spectacular. We loved being able to kayak right off of our little dock. Cadian, the property manager was great and came through with many terrific recommendations. The owners were also wonderful to work with as we needed to reschedule our honeymoon due to Covid. All around amazing trip and would love to stay here again!
