"Fantastically nice hotel, good location and good breakfast but lousy help at the reception. We were charged for purchases on our card that we did not make, when I pointed this out they admitted that there was a mistake and that this amount would be refunded at the same time as the reservation for unforeseen costs but despite my contacting them a number of times, according to contact details I got at the reception, they haven't answered, it's ok to make mistakes but you also have to correct the mistakes you make."

"Overall a good place but when I pay this much for a room I expect that my room will be cleaned more than 2 times on a 5 nights stay.😱 Breakfast was good but they need to have more tables/seats! Gym very small and not much to choose from Nice staff Not sure I will stay there again"
