“We love that we’re just outside of the hustle and bustle of town and the views are AMAZING. We strolled with coffee under the stars in the early morning and enjoyed the sunrise from the porch. Met some neat people at the pool and our kids loved every minute of it. Great place!!”

“We had a great stay over thanksgiving week with our dog. Beautiful hike right out the door. 10 minutes into town and around 30 min to arches. Great biking nearby. We loved having the garage for our bikes! Enough space to comfortably relax at home after a busy day outside. The fireplace was a nice touch. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Owner was responsive and helped us adjust our booking last minute. Would stay here again! :) ”

“We have been staying at this particular location for the past 6 or 7 years for an annual trip to Moab, and love it. Very comfortable, nice views of the mountains, and walking distance to all the restaurants of Moab. Tyler and Haley were excellent hosts and made the check in and check out process straightforward. The place was in great shape and clean as usual. ”

“Unit is as advertised and the Owner is excellent in communicating. Intructions to enter the apartment and leave we easy to understand. Space was great to share with our young adult children (18-21) and our younger teen. We needed some extra dishwasher pods and they were delivered the same day. We hope to return to Moab and, is available, we'll book this property again.”

“Loved this location! Far enough away from the business of town but close to everything. Super quiet and well appointed. Especially loved the comfortable beds! ”

“This place is a perfect location if you don't want to stay in Moab. It's an easy drive to Arches and Dead Horse Point State Park. Also a decent drive to Canyonlands. There are lots of other activities in the area, but we were concentrating on the "Mighty Five" as this was our first trip to Utah. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The only drawback was that we learned at the last minute that the pool and hot tub were closed (for maintenance/construction). It...

“The 3 couples stayed two night in this VRBO. It was easy to access downtown and Capital Reef and Arches. We had plenty of room and the condo was exactly as described. I would highly recommend for couples or for a large family or 2 families. Directions for access were easy!”

“Perfect location for the Moab area. You can walk to Proper Brewery and just a short drive to shops and restaurants in downtown Moab. Nice short drive to Arches and Canyonlands as well. Pasta Jays was delicious and Moab Diner was a great breakfast! Townhouse was clean,beds comfortable, carpeting needs replaced for sure and we had birds in our fireplace but we didn’t need to use it so that wasn’t an issue. Would definitely come again! ”

“We had a lovely week. The cottage was quiet and in town and walkable to restaurants and bars. It was wonderful traveling with dogs and being so close to the Bark Park and the walking path along the creek. The amenities were wonderful, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. I recommended the cottage to family members. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a great stay at this property. Instructions were clear, property is a little out of town and had great views. It was easily accessible to what we came to see (Arches & Canyonlands National Park). The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the kitchen was easy to use and had what we needed. My kids loved the surprise of the foosball table and basketball game in the garage plus a couple games to play with at the house. ”

Good hotel but bad service

"Fantastically nice hotel, good location and good breakfast but lousy help at the reception. We were charged for purchases on our card that we did not make, when I pointed this out they admitted that there was a mistake and that this amount would be refunded at the same time as the reservation for unforeseen costs but despite my contacting them a number of times, according to contact details I got at the reception, they haven't answered, it's ok to make mistakes but you also have to correct the mistakes you make."

"Overall a good place but when I pay this much for a room I expect that my room will be cleaned more than 2 times on a 5 nights stay.😱 Breakfast was good but they need to have more tables/seats! Gym very small and not much to choose from Nice staff Not sure I will stay there again"
