Cute & cosy- minute walk to the Beach

Cute & cosy cabin. This is prefect if visiting family & want some where to stay at night. It’s only small cabin/ bedsit but has the basics - bed, ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette with mini fridge and small freezer.
Linen (please sleep between the sheets) and towels included. Also supplied for each day long life Milk, basic coffee & tea, and breakfast cereals. Everything else you supply. But some staples & basics you can help your self to.
Crockery, cooking- pots , pans etc supplied.
You can also use the wi fi this is $3 extra per day. Or just use your hot spot for internet. Great mobile phone reception.
Just set up a booster as good for working, emails but slow now and again for movies downloading. But its usually pretty good. TV with chrome cast.

Paved area with outside table ,chairs & umbrella and BBQ.

For maximum 2 people- 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Only exception is 2 adults and a baby under 6 months. As this is only the size of a bedroom and not suitable for more than 2 people.

No special EV charger- but my charger can reach from the car parking space to the power point.

Literally 1-2 minute walk to the beach- summer there are life guards on.
Depending on availability a local you can book direct is $25 paid direct to them, but happy to arrange if required- to take you on a quad buggy scenic trip around the Waikato river then dowsed on the on to the Beach. It’s surprising how big it is. One side the west coast beach and the other the mighty Waikato river:.

Dairy with usual supplies, you can drive your Tuakau for bigger shopping or the new Countdown in Pokeno. It you come off and shop there on your way.
Camping ground does takeaways on weekends.

Checkout can be flexible- depending if there is another booking. Please check with the host first otherwise 11am.
Usually check out 11am but if no other bookings can check out at 12:00-noon TBC or by arrangement. Check in is flexible can be earlier than 2pm by request.

It is a sweet dream maker every night.
The inside space of the property looks small, but the actual space was enough for a couple and the ambience of it comforted our busy mind. During our stay there we felt and recognized the host's generous mind for all guests.

Awesome Property
Right from the start it was a pleasant experience. Communication was excellent and on arrival the cabin was clean tidy and well organized. Bed comfortable and shower is excellent with good pressure. Out door area in a good sport with shade and an umbrella. Take up the offer of a ride in a buggy across the dunes and down the beach. Chris was friendly and has a mile of knowledge. Sunsets are breath taking. Also worth a drive out to Vivian Falls. Park and short 5min walk but stunning We are definitly coming back
