A medieval town of character at the gates of Puy-en-Velay and the Polignac fortress, Cheyrac (a place dependent on the commune of Polignac) is ideal for rest, hiking, horse riding or cycling (accessible directly from the house). It is also an ideal base for visiting the town of Puy-en-Velay, a UNESCO world heritage site (25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car) or Polignac.

This small independent house offers a mix of authenticity and modernity, while respecting the environment and hygiene measures related to current events.

A sunny terrace will allow you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine, rest or dream on a deckchair but also read a book (accessible on site) or enjoy moments of conviviality (breakfasts .... barbecues).

- the entrance to the house is via a step. You will find a small library allowing readers to relax but also tourist information,
- the bright living room is composed of a fitted kitchen adjoining a bar, a lounge area with flat screen TV, a wifi connection and a dining area, all opening onto a pleasant furnished terrace with a clear view to dream. The 2 French windows are equipped with shutters if necessary for the sun in addition to the double blackout curtains,
- a double bedroom with quality mattresses for your comfort and a bathroom with a large shower,
- a toilet with washbasin with a window.

Upstairs:
- on the mezzanine: two additional beds (single beds) with quality mattresses for your comfort (possibility of twinning them) are offered to you with a play and reading area for young people.

On the lower level a laundry room is offered to you with:

At the exit of Puy-en-Velay, take the direction of Clermont Ferrand. .
At Chadrac, continue in the direction of Polignac for 3 kms.
Before arriving at the Polignac roundabout, turn right towards Cheyrac.
At the crow's feet, take the road to the right towards Cheyrac.
At the entrance to Cheyrac, turn into the second street on the right before the first trough. where the gite is located visually with the gites de France panel and the parking space.
The entrance to the cottage is 5 rue du Fournil at a place called Cheyrac (near Polignac) bypassing the cottage on the left.
