“This was the first vacation our family spent on Sebago Lake and it was truly wonderful. The house was great and met our needs perfectly. The owner suggesed Kettle Cove Marina where we could rent a boat and we did just that. We had lots of fun and sun all week long.”

“Perfect for a weekend visit attending a wedding at the Autumn Estate just down the road. The place was clean and complete with routine amenities! They even left waters and some beverages in the fridge. It was small for 2 couples but we didn’t spend much time in the cottage anyway, so it got the job done! ”

“We had a wonderful time. Great location, house was great, plenty of kayaks and paddle boards. Great outside spaces. Our one minor complaint would be the sectional sofa on the main floor - well worn so it sinks down and is not very comfortable and hard to get out of for us older folks! Beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, very clean.”

“The house is on a beautiful pond (which is more like a lake) with beautiful sunsets and atmosphere (especially the loons!). It is actually quite convenient to grocery stores and other businesses. We enjoyed the grill, canoe and firepit. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is roomy with great water pressure and hot water. Great spaces to hang out inside and outside. Considering going again next summer.”

Had information at the house that helped with the stay and gave us great places to see , things to do and places to eat . The home was beautiful , was right on the water . “The location is beautiful and peaceful and within the vicinity of a variety of fun attractions. The cabin was nice, clean, and well furnished. Kyle really went above and beyond accommodating us during our stay. He provided a lot of helpful information, not only about the property itself, but the surrounding area. He clearly communicated everything and gave us advance notice if he needed to visit the property for any reason, such as maintenance work. I cannot recommend this property enough. ”

“If I can summarize with two words: Perfect Location. Darling little house, clean, nice amenities. The little house is located in the heart of Freeport, walking distance to shopping and dining without worry of where to park your car. If I might give a plug for the Brick Hollow Brew pub. Outstanding pizza and live entertainment!!! Thank you for a great stay and hope to visit Freeport in the near future and stay with you!!”

“Our family gathered from all over the US for a wedding in Norway, Maine! Seven of us stayed at this beautiful house on Sand Pond! This venue was immaculate, very comfortable, well furnished, and our host Meredith was responsive to our questions. Wish we had time to stay longer!! 5 stars all around!!! ”

“We had a lovely stay. Already looking to rent it again. The house was clean, fully stocked with lots of helpful items, and in a perfect location. WiFi worked great. Had a blast at the pool and stayed a whole day at the pond. All in all, wonderful place. Highly recommend. The only issue we ran into was the trash cans were full. “Roxanne is a great host! The check-in process was very easy and she stopped by to explain everything about the cottage and property. She always responded quick to questions via text and was very flexible in our checkout process since we needed to leave at 4am for a flight. Overall the property is in great shape and was everything we wanted and more for our vacation on Sebago. Would definitely highly recommend this property!”

“The little “camp” was spotless, the decor modern and impressive, attention to every detail and comfort well-thought out, and amenities numerous. There were cozy spots for reading or gazing out at the lake. The deck allowed for serious star-gazing. The location is quiet, yet a short drive from bustling Portland or quieter towns. I enjoyed kayaking on the lovely, clear, clean lake, as well as long walks on the camp roads. Check-in/checkout was a breeze. An idyllic getaway!!”

“This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.”
