The sunrise views of the ocean from our deck, the comfortable bed and breakfast delivered every morning at your door are to die for. We can’t wait to return!”

“The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend! ”
