“The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !”

“This is an amazing hotel! Very beatiful and clean hotel. The service is the best. Amazing food at the restaurant. It's a calm environment. The hotel is situated at the beach, but it is a lot of stones on this part of the beach. It's a short walk to a more sandy part of the beach. The small village, just 10min walk from the hotel, is also very calm and safe. This is the best part of this area if you don't love party and nightlife. “Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.”

“Beautiful lush tropical grounds, and our king suite was large, well appointed and very comfortable with an excellent ocean view (which of course we paid for). Upon check in, be aware they’ll try to book you for the standard “timeshare” presentation. In addition, our tower 4, 2nd floor room was right across from a major construction improvement, which I only wish we’d have been made aware of, as it made siesta quiet nap afternoons impossible. I’m sure we wouldn’t be the only ones to point out...

“We loved our 8 nights at this little boutique hotel on the south side of the Nuevo marina. The staff were terrific! Very helpful and super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel (Maizul) as well as many others nearby were excellent. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel supplied us with towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon at no charge. We would definitely stay here again. ”
