Excellent location
Stayed here with 6 adult family members and a baby over Labor Day weekend. Nice place, lots of room, and an excellent location. Restaurants, breweries, sights, a wedding at the Aviary, we walked pretty much everywhere! The area was quiet and the rooftop lovely. Garage was a definite plus, street parking was pretty easy too. Just be aware that this is not someone’s home, it’s a company rental and is furnished as such, in my opinion. Inexpensive towels, pillows, and other linens. A bare minimum of glasses and dishes. We stayed in the garage level bedroom and it had … a bed. No nightstands, no drawers, no chair. Just a bed. The dining set when we stayed was not the one in the pictures, and the chairs were so rickety we were almost afraid to sit on them! We were just expecting the place to be more luxuriously outfitted for what we paid on a holiday weekend, but would probably stay here again just for the location and size. The townhome itself was great and we enjoyed our stay for sure!

Nice townhouse
Everything was as described. We were very happy with our stay. Check in and out was very easy. Garage parking was a plus. We enjoyed setting on the roof top space in the evening. We would stay here again.

Good space, needs some tweaking
We rented this home for my daughter’s college graduation so family could spend time together over the weekend. Positives- good amount of space, easy entry with code, convenient 2 car garage with opener. Living room was comfortable and smart tv was easy to use. Rooftop was nice (although needs some repairs and the table was broken) Negatives- most of the bedrooms only had a very firm bed and one nightstand, no dresser or tables to put things down. Bathrooms had only a few small worn towels (could use more since rental accommodates 8 people). And kitchen needs more glasses (we only had 5). When we arrived, AC wasn’t working, dishes were left in dishwasher unwashed, and several bags of trash were left in the garage. Communication was good and AC was fixed the next morning.

Steeler weekend
Steeler weekend with whole family. Great location. Less than a mile from Green lot 22 where you can purchase a ticket to tailgate. The property needed some extra cleaning work and extra touches to truly be a luxury rental as listed but it was nice.

Historic neighborhood stay
What an awesome space! It was perfect for our extended family. The neighborhood is filled with historic homes, and close to a fantastic coffee shop and beautiful park. The open plan living,dining, and kitchen space allowed us to all hang together, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms allowed for privacy when we needed it!

Family reunion in Pittsburgh
Overall the accommodations were perfect for our family of nine. We had good communication with the property manager. The rooftop was an added plus for the children to play. Our only criticism was the beds weren’t comfortable. Outside of that, our stay was great and would recommend this place.
