The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. “This was so much better than staying in a hotel! We had plenty of room to stretch out and make ourselves at home. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the hot tub in the evening made it easy to relax and decompress. The host was easy to reach out to and we enjoyed the bar-b-que next door. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”

“We had a large group and found the house and amenities to be first rate. We had great sleeping arrangements with beautiful views on the lake. The game room was fun but the outside area was the best. ”

“First let me start by saying this is a 5 star place to stay, but a few exceptions forced my 4 star review. House was spotless, and so much room! Kitchen was HUGE with lots of room for cooking and gathering. Views were beyond amazing. There were a few things that did give us pause (no paper towels, no body soap in shower, no hot pads in kitchen), but a trip into town and we were ok. We had an issue with the stove, but owner sent a repairman out immediately! We will book this place again!”

“Loved our brief stay at Gator Lodge! I stay at my family's place down the road for few months out of the year, but we had family in town and needed more space. If you're looking to come to Caddo, you can't beat this location for the best of Caddo. “The house is as listed. Nothing remarkable. Clean enough. Beds comfy enough property alright. Not sure about the neighborhood. Appears to be a little sketchy. No issues w the stay. Communication was fine. Overall just alright. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Probably would not stay here again though. ”

“Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! Pics don't do it justice with how clean and updated the decor is inside and the outside is so much fun with hot tub, pool, putting green, and fishing. Teens caught tons of fish! Weather was great and was so nice to relax outside while watching March Madness. The neighbors were so nice! Owner Wayne is awesome and prompt with responses. Overall gotta love the southern hospitality! Highly recommend! ”
