“This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking...

“This was a remarkable home. Located with easy access to The Woodlands but also in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard with heated pool was secluded with trees and was serene. Pantry and kitchen was well stocked. This home will be used again by my family for a future get away.”

“We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future”

“My son and his friends attended an Under Armour Football Camp in Spring on Saturday and Sunday. I couldn't find the proper accommodations for 7 people closer to the stadium so we chose the lakehouse. Although it was a nice scenic drive to and from the stadium, the boys absolutely loved the place! The two bedrooms downstairs next to each other were perfect for them. Another mom chose the bedroom downstairs with the king bed, and I lucked up being tucked away upstairs with the extra bunk bed....

“I’m one to fluff feathers and give 5 star ratings for no reason but oh…my golly. This place was hands down, the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s 16 acre wooded lot,private lake view with multiple decks. A tree swing hung off a hill. ”

“The house is as listed. Nothing remarkable. Clean enough. Beds comfy enough property alright. Not sure about the neighborhood. Appears to be a little sketchy. No issues w the stay. Communication was fine. Overall just alright. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Probably would not stay here again though. ”

“This is the cutest little cabin in the woods, it’s peaceful and so tranquil. The owners were so sweet and accommodating, she checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and it was all to our liking, which it absolutely was! It was such a great time, we can’t wait to go back and do some more Texas Fishing!! :) ”

“We stayed in early April with our adult children and elderly parents. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the outdoor seating was plentiful and was a favorite place to be if we were not in the water. Beds are comfortable, host is so thoughtful and kind, and the house was a perfect set up for our group. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The house and lake are beautiful! Neighbors were friendly! The house had ALOT OF AMENITIES! Only downside is 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have tv’s (I missed this on the listing so it’s my bad). We will definitely be back! ”
