Very convenient location!
Great communication from the owner. The location was minutes away from most things in Pigeon Forge, but it was enough removed that you couldn't tell you were in the middle of the city. The house itself was just as described, clean, updated, I would stay here again!

Close to everything but quiet neighborhood
First off I was spectacle of the reviews of this property because the price was so cheap compared to others in the area. I’m glad to say the property exceeded our expectations. The home is in a great locations, right off the PF strip, but in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t hear all the cars and such. The home is very clean and the host includes a free bottle of wine
there’s tons of spices if you need them and all the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. Internet works great (which from experience in touristy areas it’s hit or miss with internet)
 the host is very responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint was that the beds were kind of hard, but I know it’s the type of mattress
we’re used to a sleep number bed so that probably has a lot to do with it. We would definitely stay at this property again.

One of the nicest placest we have stayed in tn
We go to pigeon forge/ gatlinburg at least once a year. We have stayed in cabins, condos and motels. All were nice but many were way off the strip and some on top of mountains. This place is about a mile off the main drag in PF and in a quiet neighborhood. It is super nice inside, plenty of parking on flat ground (what a rare find in this area), best mattress i have slept on that i didn't own, great price and a host that makes sure you are taken care of. We have found our new favorite place to stay here in PF and will be hunting it back up when we go again. You won't be disappointed.

Relaxing Getaway!
Wonderful place to stay at “The Cute Cottage!” It truly was cute and met all our needs! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Also the location was great!

Great mini vacation
My son & I stayed in this cute & dainty Pigeon Forge cottage. It was in a great location to all restaurants & shows & shopping centers. Very clean & beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable & it had the only coffee pot I have ever been able to operate. Overall a great place to stay!

Highly Recommended!!
We absolutely loved this charming and lovely cottage! It looked exactly like the pictures and the decor was very pretty. The check-in and check-out *flawless*, as the host was kind enough to provide specific details about getting in and out of the house. It's in a fantastic location, super close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, so groceries, restaurants, shops and attractions are less than 5 minutes away. Despite being so close to the strip, you wouldn't know it as it was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The home was stocked with the starter supplies as promised and the bottle of wine was a welcoming touch. This home is very clean and safe. The neighbors are very quiet. The host excellent. Not a single problem or issue and our entire stay was delightful! Very highly recommended if you want a stress-free and lovely home for your vacation!

Jeep Invasion Trip
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property and would gladly stay again! The location is great if you want to be close to the strip but yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable, and just right for one or two couples.

Fabulous Home!
We had a wonderful experience with this property from start to finish. The host had excellent communication and prompt responses. The house was exactly as listed and larger than most that we have stayed in previously. The house was spotless and very well kept. All of the drawers and light switches were labeled which was extremely helpful. The beds seemed firm at first however we realized after approximately 10 minutes that they were memory foam and we slept GREAT! In our opinion (15+ years of visiting Pigeon Forge) this general area and location is THE best area to stay! Super close to everything, red-light entrance to the main road, far enough away from traffic for a peaceful stay and a good clean neighborhood.

Good location, ok property
Pros - Very close to the Parkway where all the restaurants and activities are and just about 10 minutes from Dollywood/Splash Country; hosts were communicative via email (we did not need to reach them for any reason); instructions for entry, tv, WiFi, etc. were thorough; house was quiet; check in/out was easy. Cons - Not as clean as I would like/expect (hair on the bathroom floor, dust/grime on the baseboards); the listing doesn’t mention that it’s a two story house but the upstairs is locked - that was a little creepy; it also doesn’t mention that the back door neighbor is only about 10 feet from the back deck (which is also VERY small); there are no street lights so it’s very dark at night; when they say they have a “starter” amount of supplies, that’s it - if we had been there for more than one night we would have had to buy some basic supplies. Overall, it was fine for one night. Would we stay again, probably not.

Wonderful place!
Charming house and hosts. Very convenient to Dollywood- but not in the town (where it’s a bit hectic). Comfortable living space and two spacious master bedrooms. Next trip to Dollywood we will try to stay here again!
