A unique space with minimalist design and pops of color, this modern home has an artistic interior that inspires. With an open floor plan that comprises a sleek kitchen and living area, this home provides a spacious atmosphere for groups to congregate and hang out after a day of activity. Guests can enjoy year-round sunshine on the patio with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and romantic twinkly lights overhead. Games like corn hole, backgammon, and oversized 4 in a Row are included for extra fun!

Scottsdale, Arizona is often pegged as a luxury spa and golf destination. While that reputation is well-deserved, it also has an excellent art and food scene, plus a laid-back vibe that can be enjoyed by everyone, not just luxe lovers. Other than golf, which truly is incredible here, visitors can enjoy the outdoors by hiking in the Sonoran Desert, kayaking on the Lower Salt River, and touring the Bradshaw Mountains on ATVs.

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Scottsdale City Code states all dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

AZ trip
Location was exactly what we were looking for near Old Town.. The place was clean and comfortable. I would suggest some extra lighting outside since it was difficult to locate the address when we arrived late. I also would have liked some blinds on the interior patio area windows. Those windows were visible to the other unit opposite us and it felt uncomfortable at night with the windows totally open to the other unit. Beds were comfortable but would have liked some less firm pillows. Bathrooms were nicely renovated. There needs to be some light maintenance needed in the kitchen ceiling area with some water stains and loose wallpaper/wall coverings. Overall though, nice place.

Nice Location
There was construction around the neighborhood so it was loud. The place is nice, very spacious. Check in was confusing because only one of 2 gates opened. Entrance is in back parking lot. I would stay here again.

Scottsdale Golf Trip
This was a golf trip with 5 other guys to Scottsdale. The property was as advertised. Very clean, quiet & convenient. Property location was great for walking into Old town Scottsdale for dinner & drinks after a day of golf in the area. Walking distance to the Scottsdale stadium would have been perfect if there had been spring training baseball.

Perfect location in Scottsdale
Really well done finishes, very clean great setup, great location. Quiet, but very close to everything, restaurants, bars, old town baseball game etc. Only thing to be aware of is the building split between two apt’s share a courtyard. This was no issue for us at all though.
