Comfortable home, Scenic Location, Well-stocked
Our family enjoyed our stay on the property. A lot of details have been considered for comfort of guests. Nice sets of towels, comfortable beds, cozy blankets for tv watching, games activities, pool items, and a well-stocked kitchen. The house has some wear because it is a popular rental and is a little dark (which after being out in the sun all the time, isn't a bad thing), so it might be time for a few updates to general furnishings like rugs, knives, etc. but all easily solved for, and a really enjoyable stay overall with pretty drives in and around the neighborhood. The back pool gets more shade than you can see in the online photos, so that was a nice surprise, and very comfortably outfitted, so worth sharing that here as well! We really appreciated the prompt communications and responses to any questions.

Out of the parak
Choose the Dolphin house! Look no further. The house is incredible. Tons of space. All of the amenities. The pool and yard are perfect places to enjoy a great trip. The kitchen is stocked with anything you can think of. The manager and owners are a dream to work with. Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!

Great Location and Pool
This house is in a great location and has a very nice pool with the beautiful fountain. The fire pit is a nice touch. There is lots of outdoor seating and the inside is well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Lots of Amenities!
We had a group of six of us visiting the house for a long weekend and had a great time. The house has plenty of space, the pool table and putting green were used super frequently and everything we needed was quickly accessible. Before our arrival, communication was great to get us up to speed on everything we needed and the local host was quick to fix everything that we brought to his attention.

Great Senior Trip
We chose this house for our son’s Senior Spring Break trip. This house had EVERYTHING for 7 young men. From daily pool time and putting on the greens and nightly fusball and pool tournaments, this house accommodated all of our needs!! The owner, Chuck, was extremely kind and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was just perfect! We will be renting one of his homes again!!

Enjoyable stay
Nice location. Good activities at the house (foosball, billiards, the pool and putting green). Hiked twice up Telegraph Pass. 1/2 mile walk from house to trail. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Garage Door App was so helpful to be able to come and go through garage.

Amazing place to stay
This property is located in a great and quiet area. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The communication with the owner was great and promptly when we needed to ask questions. The master room is amazing along with all the other rooms. I would recommend this place to stay and we plan on booking again when we travel to Arizona.

Super hosts!
The house was beautiful and in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The house had plenty of space, had lots of activities to do, was well laid out and stocked, and all the beds were super comfortable! The hosts were exceptional as they were quick to respond to the issues/concerns that required attention. In addition, the owners went above and beyond when, after checkout, one of the kids we were with realized that they had forgotten their treasured stuffed animals. It could have been a very sad day for that little girl, but the hosts, and the cleaning staff, were extremely helpful in assisting us with reuniting the treasures! We are grateful for the hosts, will recommend this place to others, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great Multi-generational Home
Plenty of room for 8 people (ages 11-71) to spread out and have our own space while also providing great spaces for us to be together. The owner’s communication was prompt and responsive. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and the property manager was prompt and courteous as well. We had a great time!
