“This is a spacious and clean property. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. There is covered parking. It is a tight spot but manageable. It has a great washer and dryer - they were spread out (one in the kitchen, one in the garage). There was no WiFi. ”

“Had a nice overnight stay, was a pleasant surprise how close a little takeaway coffee and food place was and how close we were for a wander to Smith's beach which is a beautiful surf beach. Felt very Phillip Island, homely and not overstated, chilled out and cruisy. Check in and out was easy, helpful host. Thanks for a nice stay. ”

“The plug in sink in the bathroom requires repair. The check in information re the parking of our car was incorrect, you do not access the ground floor car park. The remote and the TV in the lounge room requires attention as both do not operate effectively & requires manual intervention. The TV in the bedroom only gets channel 2 and 3.The unit was very clean, well fitted out and in a great location. ”
