“We liked this property! It was a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. A short walk to an entrance to the path around the lake. Great views of downtown. It was sweet that there were flowers on the table for our anniversary and breakfast foods, fruit, and coffee for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and toilet paper! I appreciated that Raymond had both recycling and composting.The place was comfortable and well designed. As the listing states, there are stairs to get to the house!”

“My son and I had a delightful stay at this adorable, comfortable guest house. The house is well appointed with fluffy towels and comfortable beds. My son slept in the study on the foldout and found it comfortable as well. Home instructions were clear and I met Scott the owner who was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.”

“We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. It’s such a gorgeous home, I was in awe. The kitchen had all the appliances you need too! Absolutely recommend staying here. Felt like a luxury hotel...

“Myself and my kids (12 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed this tiny house experience! It was the perfect amount of room for us 3, my son of course enjoyed the TV side of the loft playing his Xbox. We have been thinking about buying a tiny home and this one definitely made us want to do so!! Thank you guys for being great hosts! We appreciate you!!!”

“This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center.”

“We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.”

“TV never worked, AC was terrible. They finally sent over a tech after 36 hrs. He could not do anything about the TV and suggested it needed to be replaced. The toilet bowl cleaner was dirty and rusty. As a handicapped person, walking up and down a steep paved alley was challenging. Not worth the $$$ allwywn ”

“Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!”

“Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Overall a great stay. Parking is expensive ($40 Valet) but the attendants are great guys. Wish it was a touch closer to the rest of downtown as it’s a decent walk at least for families. Property was nice. Our 2 bedroom condo was outstanding. ”
