“Great experience”

“This property is beautiful. The location is great for walking to Smugglers Beach and to Long Bay Beach Resort. The views from the house over to JVD are unbelievable. Sam, Sharlene, and Pinky were all very helpful in guiding us to exactly what we needed for our stay. We chose not to rent a car and Sharlene set us up with a driver named Eric. Eric was great. He took us to and from anywhere we needed to go. GREAT VACATION!”

“We had a great stay. Nice to be able to walk to the Baths (get there before 8:00 am to avoid heaving crowds). Great breakfast lunch place up there too). House was set up well and beds were very comfortable. Note: listing says washer and dryer, but we did not have access to it. Our property manager (who was awesome) would do laundry for you when you wanted, but you could not do it on your own. “Only stayed a couple of nights before taking a sailing trip.Property was really comfortable and well laid out, with a fantastic terrace and balcony. What really stood out was the amazing support we received from the property owners…they are fabulous. We hired a car from them and they met us at the airport to escort us home. “We loved this little villa and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view!! Be prepared to climb stairs which is well worth it for the view! We even walked down to the resort below (which we had access to when renting the villa…a key card would let us drive down also). We walked beautiful Lambert Beach many times. This is a wonderful place on the quiet East end of Tortola!”

“Sam, Sharlene and Pinky are the most welcoming hosts we've ever met. The villa is large, with private bedrooms and en suites for each, so families can have together time as well as alone time. “Papaya Villa was a dream to stay at. The views were incredible. The property was beautiful. Great location with many restaurant options at the bottom of the hill or a very short drive. Short drive to Smugglers Cove, our favorite beach on the island. We did a boat day and took the ferry to Virgin Gorda one day and Jost another day. Great family vacation!! ”
