“I absolutely loved this apt. and the old city of Perigueux! Everything I needed and all the activities were within a 2 to 15 minute walk - post office, grocery store, walking tours, bakeries, restaurants, everything! I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years, and Francis is, by far, the best host I have ever met! He is so caring, attentive and helpful, and can’t do enough for you. He communicated regularly to be sure everything was okay with my stay. It was a wonderful month’s stay....

“This unit is in a great area of Périgueux, just across the river from the centre of the city. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). L'appartement parfait, aménagé avec bcp de goût de la vaisselle au plafond ;-) Nous nous y sommes sentis super bien dés notre arrivée..et pour couronner le tout : la terrasse super agréable aussi avec la vue sur les toits de Périgueux de jour comme de nuit. “Emplacement idéale pour visiter la région. A deux pas de Périgueux et de la voie verte pour se promener et faire des randonnées et du VTT (parcours de trail). La propriétaire très gentille et elle a su répondre rapidement à nos besoins. Location au 1er étage d'une maison très spacieuse, bien aménagée. Le plus : draps et lingeries compris dans le prix et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Je recommande cette location Merci Christiane.”

“A very unique apartment right at the heart of the city. Two completely separate suites, each with its own bath and toilet. The kitchen is nice, has all the necessities, though no salt or pepper was stocked. For those with accessibility issues the apartment would have been perfect if the bathroom in the area off the elevator had a walk-in shower. The parking right by the private elevator is amazing. One major complaint is the quality of the furnishings. The bedside tables are wine cases-things...

“Apartment was a bit dated, but overall a great location, off-site parking and the owners are so lovely and caring! Perfect for 2 people and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Highly recommend. Périgueux is a great town.”
