Suited my purposes very well. Convenient for U4 U-Bahn line. Building work in connection with reconstruction of the Pilgramgasse U-Bahn station makes the surroundings a bit messy at the moment. When construction work is complete the station will serve both underground line U4 and the extended U2.

Good location for getting around but not a good location if you like to have a peaceful sleep. My husband and I were woken at 6 am for two straight days due to loud construction sounds. Did not interact very much with the staff but they seemed nice.

Old and smelly hotel
"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend ..."
