Sparkling BRAND NEW vackert inredda halv duplex ligger på en lugn gata, bara ett stenkast till alla åtgärder. Ligger ett kvarter till statistikkontoret och sport komplex och bara några kvarter från Okanagan strand med allt den har att erbjuda. En kort promenad ner stad att dra nytta av vår "World Famous" Farmers Market och Gyro Park. Tillbringa dagen med att koppla på stranden eller touring många av våra berömda vingårdar i regionen och komma tillbaka för att koppla av i ditt hem hemifrån.

Amazing, clean, carefree stay
I’m a travel RN and Ali was kind enough to allow me to stay long term in her home (1.5 months) and it was honestly my most flawless and enjoyable experience, I had more space than I needed with 3 perfect sized bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The kitchen was my favourite space, which is saying a lot for me, Ali thought of everything! The unit was spacious, clean, had laundry facilities, a dish washer, and I was allowed to bring my pooch with me, which made it that much better with it’s perfect location, between a yoga studio that I frequented 3 x a week and an easy walk to downtown shops and waterfront with my pooch. I can’t thank you enough for my stay Ali! Highly recommend!

Just what we needed!
Went away for a quick girls trip and the house was just what we needed. It was in a great location, easy to walk to okanagan lake & all the restaurants as well as down to main street for the shops. The bottle of wine left was a great added touch. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was having to wash, dry and put away dishes at the end of our stay. Would have been nicer to just load dishwasher, turn on and walk away. Ended up hand washing what we used so we didn't have to stay the hour to wait for dishwasher to complete the cycle. Furnishings were clean and well kept, made us feel like we were staying at a little beach house. House was well equipped for what we needed, coffee, iron etc. Would definitely stay again.

Spent 6 nights there with 3 friends. Had all the amenities and appliances needed. Comfortable and clean. New apartment and well maintained. Walk to restaurants and beach. Recommended

Nice new place
Property is nice, new, and a close walking distance to downtown or the events centre. Parking was easy on the street. Note in the listing there are bunk beds, but these are not there anymore. Not a big deal for my group, but might be for others.

Clean and just as described
Very clean, had everything you could need. Only thing we didn't like was the expectation of all dishes being put away before checkout. Usually it's reasonable to just make sure they're in the dishwasher and it's running when you leave. It's a 3 hour cycle which meant we had to hand wash all our dishes before we left. Also, they wanted all the garbages emptied and beds stripped. This also seems unreasonable when there's such a steep cleaning fee.

Amazing Stay

Fantastic property and location
This townhouse was everything we hoped for - clean & modern, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our family of four. It is an easy walk into town for activities and food, and an easy bike to get to the rail trail. It's a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Three thumbs up!

Home away from home
This was our home away from home for 1.5 months. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to downtown, the community center, and Okanagan beach. Loved having an outdoor space and the barbecue was put to good use! The chickens that live down the road were a big hit for our 4-year-old.

Very nice place to stay
Very clean and nice place. The only little inconvenience was having one bathroom for the four of us, but the very well maintained property and very convenient location close to the lake worth a lot!! We totally recommend this place!!

Great home for our family stay in Penticton!
The location was very convenient! Great coffee shop nearby (Wayne and Freda), 15 min Bike ride to Kettle Valley Railway, short bike ride to beach. Home was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with any appliances you may need. Thanks so much for a great end of summer get away for our family of 4!

Great spot!
This was a great spot for a weekend in wine country. The only unfortunate thing was how rushed we were to check out on our short stay due to having to clean and put away all dishes/do laundry with an early check out time.

Great weekend home
I stayed here with some friends for a weekend away. The house was centrally located, easy walking distance to the main part of town or beach and a short drive to Skaha. We had an issue with the wifi, but the host was quick to respond.

Great location for exploring wine country!
Had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to fun breakfast spots or evening dining. The patio out front was a nice place to dine outdoors for breakfast or chill with a cool drink in the evening. We were 4 adults -bunk beds were not ideal for 2 of the group - probably better suited to younger folk.
