Välkommen till paradiset, luta dig tillbaka och koppla av. Detta radhus vid Gulf Front har den bästa utsikten över Mexikanska golfen och den vita sockersanden på Pensacola Beach. Detta är den perfekta platsen att komma undan. Denna fastighet har WiFi, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett 3-bil garage.

4 sovrum / 3. 5 badrum Gulf Front stadsbostad. Detta vackra hem rymmer upp till 14 personer. Vi erbjuder 2-King och 4-drottningar och en bäddsoffa för din sömn. Nya kök och badrumsskåp installerades i maj 2017 med nya apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit.

Vi erbjuder minst 2 till 4 nätter utom för 30 maj 2020 till 15 augusti 2020, vilket är en 7-nätter minimum vistelse, bara lördag till lördag. Vi erbjuder månatliga hyror från november till 28 februari.

Obs: 50 $ fastighetsavgiften är faktiskt en avgiftsavgift för oavsiktlig skada. För närvarande tillåter inte VRBO oss att ange en anpassad avgift i ett fria textfält. Avgiftsavgift för oavsiktlig skada är i stället för en större återbetalningsbar deposition, är en icke återbetalningsbar skadefrihet på 50 $. 00 läggs till varje bokning och täcker dig, gästen, mot eventuella rapporterade oavsiktliga skador på hyran som uppstår under din vistelse för ett belopp som inte överstiger 500 $. 00 under förutsättning att de lämnas till ledningen före utcheckning. Detta skadeavgivande täcker inte skador från husdjur, avsiktlig skada, stöld, extra rengöringskostnader eller grovt försumligt beteende som orsakar skador.

Good time
Loved the beachfront nature.Had a great time.Only recommendations would be new couch in living room and did get a couple splinters on back deck so might want to look into replacing that deck at some time in future. Finally, a propane grill over charcoal grill would also be a better option, as all the other condos next to us had propane grills. But again overall we had a great time.

Great House
This house was exceptional in cleanliness. They also have everything you would need in the kitchen. The only problem I had was with the Internet. Not always strong enough for me to get my emails. All in all it was a great rental. Thank you!

Family Retreat at White Sands
Our family stayed at White Sands last week. The townhome was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the immediate access to the beach and the ability to hose off the sand before re-entering the home. The pre-teen grandkids LOVED having a TV in their bedroom; a real treat for them! The main deck could use a little TLC and a gas grill but otherwise, we were quite pleased with the layout and condition of the home which was plenty spacious for our family of eight. Grandma (me) had the main floor bedroom and private bath to herself (the main floor also has a half bath) while my son, DIL and their 5 children had their privacy upstairs with 2 additional bathrooms. The townhome is also quite soundproof, which was a bonus! The set-up was perfect!

Beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and the location and low density condo unit was nice. I would, however, suggest some updated cookware, especially a nicer cookie sheet. Overall, I was very pleased with this unit

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay—great location, amazing views and access to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to paved walking/bike trail, restaurants and shops, yet removed enough to feel quiet. Enjoyed every moment!

Perfect location
My 6 brothers and a few cousins had a get together. We really were impressed with how close we were to the beach. I can not express how much I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and listening to the waves crash on the shore. It is one of the most relaxing times I’ve had in a while. Great place for large groups because there are enough beds and bathrooms.

Friends Beach Trip
We have been going to White Sands for years and I’ll have to say this was not our best trip. Although the property manager was kind and helpful, we made three calls concerning issues we were having. The main issue was the garage door. It would not open which was very inconvenient to have to walk to the beach side after dark to open our door.

Wonderful condo in Pensacola
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was lovely and the staff was very nice. The dishwasher stopped working while we were there and they very quickly got someone out to work on it. The condo is exactly like the pictures and was absolutely spotless. 100% would recommend this condo and will definitely book it again if we to back to Pensacola.

Perfect place for a family getaway!
Lovely place with a great view. My family really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was located just far enough from the busier area of town to avoid the crowds, but close enough to be a quick trip to restaurants and activities. The beach was gorgeous and the view from the deck and balcony were stunning.

Very nice property!
Very nice property. It was a lot of house for 2 adults and a small dog LOL. Decks were wonderful overlooking the water. Only issue we had was we are new pet owners and I have adjusted to looking for pet friendly units. However, I was not aware that I had to drive to a pet friendly beach. It was disappointing to pay for such a wonderful location and not be able to fully take advantage of it. I will be more thorough in my searches in the future.

Great Condo Beach Location & Condo Amenities
The condo location right on the beach had all of the amenities needed to make a great stay. Great deck with view of the beach is unbeatable. Kitchen has all of the accessories, pots, pans, glasses, etc. to use to fix whatever we wanted. Bedrooms were very well decorated with nice furniture. The huge Living room TV and similarly sized 4K Roku TV in the MB is over the top great. 2 Car plus garage with a full size refrigerator & freezer are extra bonuses plus having beach chairs and boogie boards available even better. Really, the only things that could be improved upon are to fix the mattress box springs in the rooms as they are so squeaky noisy that trying to move wakes everyone up. The mattresses were comfortable though. The bathrooms could use a little updated maintenance for this price range. Overall, we all had a great time and would come back and stay in this unit.
