This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and outdoor living with patio area & spa. This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.  This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV.  The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.  Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include  custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.  Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles. Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer! Indulge yourself at one of the many restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. From farm-to-table concepts to wine pairing with meals, you are sure to have a fine dining experience!

2 couples for a 2 night stay. MM is well stocked, very comfortable and centrally located. We were concerned about noise, it was NOT an issue! Bedrooms on opposite sides of house was perfect for individual/couples down time.

Perfect property for us!
The unit was so very cute and was consistent with the vrbo photos. We also liked the ease in parking and were able to walk to dinner each evening. Great area of Paso. The unit is tiny however makes very efficient use of the space so it was not limiting. We ran out of time to try out the hot tub but the fire pit area was great for while we were hitting some emails. We would stay here again!

Perfect Place in Paso!
This was possibly the best rental house experience I’ve ever had. The house is so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, the house is so well appointed and has everything you could need. While small, the house has a great layout and all the spaces are so comfy. The beds are amazing and the showers are excellent! We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of wine tasting. The location is ideal, just a short walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. We so enjoyed our time at the house, and I hope to stay again whenever I return to Paso Robles.

Luxury Cottage
The cottage is down a driveway and beside a large tree. The layout is that of a cottage complete with a dining area in glass two steps out the front door. The TVs are everywhere and exceptionally large. The names on the appliances are high end. The beds are truly king that you melt into. A truly well designed, well appointed cozy cottage.

We used this home for 3 nights to explore the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine areas. We were two couples who have been friends for years. It had two very comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All the amenities you could possibly want. Very very well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Clean, modern…..excellent place for our getaway.

Great location!
We rented the back house of this property and had an amazing time. Private spa and fire pit were great to relax in. The back house is small but comfortable for two couples. We slept in two very comfortable king size beds each with their own bathrooms. Kitchen had very nice appliances and a large TV for entertainment. Loved the location, it was a nice walk or quick Uber to downtown for dinner and cute little breakfast places even closer by to the house. Overall I’d highly recommend this house if looking for somewhere for up to 4 adults to stay in!

This was a great place - very clean and well furnished. The separate dining area was a bit awkward but we didn’t utilize it given the proximity to the many restaurants downtown. Perfect Place in Paso!
This property was perfect for our visit to Paso! It's the perfect size for two couples, with separate beds/baths, but great shared common spaces indoor and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, grill and fun dining casita. The rental was spotless, well-furnished, has a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and is so well-appointed with hospitality details (extra blankets and towels, toiletries, coffee choices, etc.). Walkable to the heart of downtown Paso and a short drive to all surrounding Paso wineries. It's tucked behind the main house which makes it private and quiet. We loved it!

Impeccably curated comfort
Someone obviously cares about this property. After all, who puts Wolf appliances, valuable vintage furniture, 3 options for making a cup of coffee and expensive shampoo in a rental unit? These owners, that’s who! The weather was a little too cold and rainy to spend much time in the hot tub or around the fire pit but those amenities were also appreciated. Oh, and in case you want to make a batch of cookies, there’s a Kitchen Aid mixer. Looking for beer glasses? They’re already chilling in the freezer.
