“Hosts were super helpful and kind people, they even ended up giving me a ride to the airport on my departure day. Property is not within walking distance of stores or restaurants but okay if you have a vehicle. AC in rooms is great but living area and kitchen have no AC.”

Its proximity to Coconut Beach and Smith’s reef, which I personally found more delightful than Grace Beach, adds to its allure. “This place was perfect ! Very clean , Nice location only a 3 min walk to the local beach. It’s in a quiet area with many other villas. Highly recommend a car rental to get around . The drive to Grace bay beach and local eateries and grocery was about 7 min The scenery and landscaping is absolutely beautiful . The unit has so much space . Plenty of drawyers and storage . “We loved this place. The screened porches were lovely and we enjoyed a kayak trip one day. It was comfortable and had what we needed. It was very nice to have the little things that you don't get in every rental - plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, power strips on each nightstand, grills that worked, some pool games and more. “We loved our visit to Turks and Caicos and especially loved waking up every morning and enjoying the beauty of Chalk Sound. Adele was wonderful and very helpful. We were grateful to have an air mattress on site. The only important note is having a rental car is a must and it’s so wonderful to explore the island, however driving is “adventurous”. Still we wouldn’t do it any other way and would absolutely love to return and stay here once again.”

We didn’t mind this, but just as a heads up, the property owner actually lives on site in a separate lower level apartment, so if having the whole place to yourself is important this is something to be aware of.
