“We enjoyed an amazing holiday with family at this fabulous property situated in the very peaceful town of Saint-Sylvestre. The property benefits from being on a incredible plot of land and perfectly located next to village sports courts such as tennis, small football pitch and playground which meant it was perfect for our two lively boys. “This was a peaceful place with a lovely hostess who gave us some eggs from her hens. There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. The living space was fine for two people.”

“We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. “Excellent choice for a large family holiday. Plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied and happy. Plus lots of space with in the property and grounds . Good time had by all. A bit disappointing that you had to pay for the use of bikes at the property.”

“Alles war perfekt für uns. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Éric begrüßt, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Ich habe noch niemals eine so perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag den Pool genutzt. Unser Hund hat den großen (nicht vollständig eingezäunten) Garten sehr genossen. Es ist absolut still dort. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, kann sie dort finden. Wir haben wirklich unser kleines Paradies gefunden. Vielen Dank, Èric und Marie Hélene!”

Toiles d’araignées et rebords de fenêtres pas nettoyés. Manque de luminosité dans la cuisine et attrapes mouches pas changés. Un peu d’élagage permettrait de mieux voir à l’intérieur. “I wanted somewhere in the heart of French countryside that could accommodate a family and a dog. The house was full of character with a huge garden and had complete privacy. There was everything we could possibly need and Jenns was the perfect host. We had plenty of interesting sites to visit by car but also loved spending time at "home" with a bbq and garden games. Loved every minute.”

“The property is set in a lovely hamlet where you can leave the doors and windows open all night with no worries. Both pools are excellent and regularly maintained by the host. There is everything you need provided in the well appointed kitchen. Yann is friendly and on hand to help when/if needed. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing time.”

“Van alle gemakken voorziene woning met gezellige veranda en grote tuin. Mooie plek om in de avond buiten te zitten en daar nog een klein vuurtje te maken op de vuurschaal. Ook de buiten barbecue is prima ! Het zwembad is super, wat een luxe om die bij je huis te hebben. In de omgeving is genoeg te zien en te doen , van pittoreske dorpjes tot wandelen en kanoën. De historische hoofdstad Limoges is ook zeer de moeite waard om een keer bezoeken! Wij hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad !!”

“Hébergement très calme pour pouvoir s'échapper du quotidien anxiogène parisien. Les hôtes ont été super, bienveillants et accueillants. Il y a un espace extérieur imposant où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps (sans compter la piscine) avec mes amis, que ce soit pour manger, jouer au ballon, ou juste bronzer. Attention, la voiture est indispensable :)”

“Maison très confortable à l'occasion d'un séjour rapide dans la région pour un mariage à proximité. Très facile à trouver, très propre et décorée avec goût. Je recommande !”

“We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops.”
