“I booked this place in early December for our January stay. I reached out in late December with some questions but never heard from the host. Then reached out again to the host once we had arrived in Tahiti after 1/20 just to see if I could get an answer to my original questions and a few new ones. No answer. I then reached out again the day before our stay as I never received check in instructions. No answer! I then tried the DAY OF our stay. No answer via the VRBO message system nor through...

“Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!”

“We a had a fantastic stay at the Tahiti Luxury Beach with concierge. Sergio was so helpful, suggested some excellent restaurants, car hire and arranged a taxi for us on our departure. This really made a differnce for us. The apartment was spotless and clean, with everything for a perfect stay. The pool and beach were excellent, we spent most of our stay in the infinity pool or snorkelling from the beach. Thank you so much a wonderful stay.”

“The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

“The apartment is very functional with excellent layout and furnishings. The view is great. It is walkable to go down to the beach area, restaurants, park and markets. But I recommend taxi on the way back up the hill. There was minor issue with bed linens but easily fixable. We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The AC unit was great—after a long day out in the heat, it was a relief to return to the condo and have a cold, local juice and cool off. “Ne chercher pas ailleurs! Endroit très sécuritaire et propre. Nous avons considéré d'autres endroits très près mais nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité en raison des chiens et des petites rues en terre. “Being on the third floor made for a nice view. Beautiful black sand beach. The waves are a bit big for our kids age 6-11, but they liked to play in the river that leads to the ocean. The floors had broken slats which sank when you stepped on them which would be our only complaint. And only 2 passes to the resort, so we never went since we are a family of 5. But it served as a great base for our adventure. ”

“The apartment was very nice. My only issues were: 1--There were no lounge chairs by the pool; and 2--It took 8-10 hours for the host to reply to a question that impacted my activities that day. (Other than that, the host was responsive and helpful.) BTW, the pool and gym keys are not on a desk anywhere. Rather, they are hanging on the wall above a desk in a hidden space that is revealed only when the sliding door to the bathroom door is shut.”

“Lovely new property just one house back from a very secluded beach. Amazing snorkeling and good surfing - if you are a strong swimmer comfortable in a constant long shore current and reef break. Only downside was they provided aluminum frypans that are not compatible with the inductive cooktop.”
