Gulf och Green Carriage är en spektakul��r 2 sovrum 1 badrum vagn hem ligger på södra sidan av 30A i Rosemary Beach. Strax mittemot östra grön och Mexikanska golfen är det den perfekta platsen för ett par semester eller liten familjesemester.

Gulf och Green Carriage ligger några minuters gångavstånd från Rosemary Town Center, där du kan shoppa eller äta i lokala butiker och restauranger. Det ��r bara några steg från stranden, så du kan få t��rna i sanden på nolltid!

The best location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this charming carriage house, just a block from the lush greens and the beach. Its design was impeccable, and the size was just right for our family. There was a minor hiccup with access cards, and Misty was there within the hour to drop off new tags. Don’t pass this place up!

Gorgeous design and decor
I was immediately drawn to this property because of the photos and the location. Perfect for a solo week at Rosemary Beach. The design aspects were innovative and clever and beautiful. Easy communication with the property manager, check-in, and check-out.

Great property and location. Super cute carriage house right on the green at Rosemary Beach. Communication with the property manager was very quick and efficient. The place is decorated beautifully and was perfect for the three of us. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

It was so nice and perfect location and it’s just a bonus that the owners and people who help manage the property literally do absolutely anything to make your stay enjoyable. They are quick to respond when anything is needed. This place is definitely first class and I hope to stay in it again.

Great stay!
This was perfect for a few days at the beach with my family. There was also a view of the ocean, which was a nice surprise. This was a last minute booking and they quickly checked us in with no issues. Location was perfect, super close to the beach and pool which made it easy with 3 kiddos in tow!

Great Property, Poor Communication From Host
This property is really pretty and has been recently renovated. It's in a wonderful location almost directly across from both Coquina Pool and one of the Rosemary Greens for beach access. However, the entire stay, the entry hallway into the stairs to reach the property were soaking wet and dirty. There were caution signs some of the time, but not the entire time. At one point, I slipped and fell down the stairs trying to tread carefully and leave the property to go to the beach. We called the property manager, Katie, who seemed very disinterested and irritated that we called, honestly. She didn't once ask me if I was okay, and all she said was they'd send someone to mop. Fine - but clearly this was an existing issue (given the signs already placed). If you have a property that has a steep set of stairs leading up to it and slick metal edging on each stair, you should get treads or you should have something on hand for folks to mop up. It seems there was a leak that was consistently keeping the floor wet, so there was no way to avoid it. No rain or bad weather, so that's the only thing I can think of. It's a good thing I wasn't holding my 20-month daughter in my hands when I fell, but my husband directly behind me was. Just really disappointed in the lack of empathy and care that Barefoot 30-A showed.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway
Great location! Beautiful view! Steps away from the beach, or a short walk or bike ride to the heated neighborhood pool or to shops or restaurants. The decor is stunning, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. We cooked breakfast in the small kitchen and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood had such a cozy vibe and we felt very safe during our stay. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

As advertised and great location. Unseasonably cold and the units had a hard time keeping the place warm. If renting in December-February, this is a possibility. Property manager was very "available"!

Gorgeous Property, Great Location. Management needs to step it up!!!!
I rented this property for a relaxing girls trip with my sister and mother. Prior to our stay I was double-charged on one of the payment installments and had to request a refund. I didn't think much of it till I realized was part of a broader problem. Fast forward to mid-November and we arrived at RB early in the day on a Sunday hoping to enjoy the beach before being let into the property. The check in process was abysmal with multiple ignored texts and emails to to the property manager before receiving check-in info AFTER check-in time ....quite unsettling seeing that we were out of town visitors all the way from Massachusetts! We ended up spending the entire first afternoon on the phone with vrbo and area hotels trying to find another place to stay in the event that we never got the codes to the house. Fun times! Once in the Carriage house we found the perfect little respite for the 3 of us. Beautifully appointed and excellent location. Really small- but clever use of space and mirrors to help it from feeling cramped. The cleanliness of this place is a two. Clean and tidy in appearance, but if you wipe the floor it is COMPLETELY filthy. The fridge was barely wiped down and there was very little in the way of amenities. We ran out of toilet paper day two and also had to buy paper towels and trash bags during our 4-night stay. The Wifi didn't work the whole length of our stay. I don't know about you, but I'm def not about fidgeting with cables and modems during a relaxing vacation.... Overall this property itself truly a gem. Too bad management isn't keeping up..it deserves so much better! NL

Little slice of paradise
We have nothing but great things to say about our vacation at the Gulf and Green Carriage. We arrived early and Katie was able to let us have an early check in (around 2pm). The property is beautifully updated and the location is incredible, a view of the gulf from our window! Our AC wouldn’t kick on when we first arrived, being after hours Katie couldn’t reach someone to take a look at it so she came over herself and fixed the problem. The property is located in Rosemary Beach and within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Loved having garage access, we were able to park our Tahoe in it. Also loved having access to all the beach access points and the community pools. We were also able to experience a wedding as it was set up in the courtyard, so fun! We will definitely be returning to Rosemary and using Katie as a reference for properties to stay at.

Great location and very clean!
We had a fabulous time as always in Rosemary. The location of this cottage is perfect and it was very well kept. It is way too small for a family of 4 to stay for a week. There’s no where to put anything and with only one closet and no access to the home’s courtyard for beach stuff it makes it nearly impossible. If you are a couple it’s perfect!

Great location, no privacy
This is a small unit attached to a bigger house. You can hear EVERYTHING the people say in their kitchen. Every word! If you open the blinds to let in some sun and see the ocean, you can wave at the people in their kitchen. Despite the great location, we would not stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Holiday Getaway
This was my wife and I's third time to the 30A area and we absolutely love it there. The Gulf and Green Carriage house is in an absolutely fantastic area and close to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer. We stayed between Christmas and New Year 2021. The weather was nice for 2 days and then rained the other 2 so we cut our trip a night short but had a very nice relaxing trip. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was great to deal with, let us in early due to it being vacant, which was very nice. The only comment that I can make is the cleanliness of the property. It seems as if all of the properties in this area, based upon number of visitors, never really get a full deep clean at least once if not 2 times a year. Had this same comment for a VRBO that we stayed in on Seacrest Beach. Other than this comment, i would highly recommend this property and location.
