Vår lägenhet kommer säkert att passa dina behov, dekorerad med vackra möbler och möbler. För din komfort erbjuder vi ett sovrum med en king size-säng, ett gäst sovrum också med en king size-säng och en cabriolet utdragbar soffa. Nya tegelgolv tillkom hösten 2017.

Det stora sovrummet levereras komplett med HD-kabel, en HD-TV, en DVD-spelare och det fulla badet ligger precis utanför sovrummet. Det har också en fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen!

Det andra sovrummet har också HD-kabel, HD-TV och ett privat badrum.

Vardagsrummet har en vägg av glas med utsikt över viken med en dörr ut till balkongen, en vacker ny bäddsoffa, HD-TV med HD-kabel och en DVD-spelare. Med kocken i åtanke hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök. Alla köksredskap som du behöver är till ditt förfogande. Granitbänkskivor är en fin uppgradering i det vackra köket. En fantastisk utsikt över viken är din från köket och vardagsrummet. Detta är en rökfri lägenhet.

AMAZING VIEW AND CONDO!
My family and I enjoyed this condo SO much and have already decided we will be staying here again next year! It was the perfect location for enjoying restaurants, Pier Park and the airport. We never had to wait long for an elevator and it was only steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean.

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in
We visit PC area twice a year for last 10 years, this is the one of the nicest condo we have stayed in. Very clean, well maintained, has almost new appliances. Balcony is great, easy access to the beach, assigned parking space. And as I mentioned- condo was clean, thank you!

Great Condo--Amazing View
Everything about this trip was excellent. I was concerned that, being on the 21st floor, we would often be in elevator purgatory, but that never happened. We rarely waited for an elevator more than a few seconds. The parking garage made move in/out so convenient. The condo was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. We definitely hope to come back again!

Excellent Vacation Rental
Everything about this rental was perfect! Upon arrival we had no issues finding our reserved parking spot. The complex has several luggage carts for use. There are 4 elevators on this property and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. The electronic lock on the door was easy to use. The unit was very clean. Beautifully decorated and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! Communication with the property management team was easy and quick! Location was towards the end of the main strip so less crowded which was perfect! You also can’t beat the first row beach service! Having a reserved 2 chairs and umbrella made it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The in unit laundry made it easy to do our laundry before heading home! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family get-a-way
EVERYTHING about this place was wonderful. The condo was so very well equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the beach and it was HOT every day. The guys working the umbrellas and chairs did a fantastic job of keeping us always in the shade!

False promises and bed bug bites
For 4 days of our stay the sliding door to our balcony didn't work, called several times. They kept saying we were next in line to get our condo serviced. The condo was pretty dirty, giant cracks in the wall. Never once it 10 + years of going to panama city beach have I had a problem or as dirty of a condo as this. I slept on the bed that is attached to the couch in the living room. On the 5th day of my stay my body was covered in bed bug bites, I mean back, arms, chest. I call them they promise me that someone will come out there to look. Guess what no one came. I was embarrassed to go out in public or in the water. I contacted property management, they have been going back and fourth with me for 2 weeks making up excuse and reasons. They are super unprofessional and before you book with them read there reviews not on google on yelp. ECDI on yelp 1.9 stars and plenty of photos from other peoples problems with them that they don't wanna take responsibility for.

Beautiful home!
This was a beautiful condo! Even better than the pics in my opinion! Super clean and had everything we needed! And you can’t get a better view from this balcony! Communication with the management was great and the grounds are very well kept! Such a great place! Will definitely be visiting unit 2105 again!

Week at the Beach
Great spot! Very clean and updated space, more than enough space for myself and my girlfriend. The view from the balcony was also amazing and was great to wake up to! Would absolutely think about returning for another stay in the future.

Unit 2105 Nice, but not the cleanest
We enjoyed our stay very much. We always stay at Emerald Isle. For the most part is was clean, However, both tubs were very dirty & the shower curtains had mildew on them. Owner just needs to be aware the cleaning service isn’t fully doing their job. Again, great time, nice unit, reasonable price, I would rent the unit again.

Dire need of maintenance
The place is spacious but the positive stops there. Drawer knobs are missing screws. The handle for the patio door from one of the king rooms is broken. The main patio door only stays closed if locked from the inside or propped closed with a chair should you try to enjoy the patio. The mattresses are all worn out and you roll to the center of the bed. All of the door knobs are wrong too. The bedrooms and bathrooms have hall knobs which don’t lock. The beach access is through the pool, which wouldn’t be terrible, except that the pool has restricted hours so you can’t stroll the beach at night or sunset without using the public beach access which doesn’t have a hose to rinse your feet. Currently the exterior of the building is having work done and the pool access and all balconies were closed for a full 2 days of our stay. Renter beware! They are replacing both elevators in July so take that into consideration if you have mobility issues or are considering a higher floor unit. While a dedicated parking spot is nice, the ramp into it is a 45 degree angle and nearly impossible to enter with a low vehicle. Also, there is a central intercom in the unit. The first notice was an AMBER alert midday, which was reasonable because a child was missing. The second and third notices were at 8am the following 2 days advising that the pool and patios would be closed for the day. 8 am! On a vacation day! When the pool doesn’t even open until 10am! That could have easily been told to occupants in advance with notes in elevators and on doors. Believe the other reviews, the floors are filthy!

Overall the condo was nice and we had a great time. Only complaint is the floors in the condo have not been cleaned in a long time. Within 1 hour of being there our feet were black from the dirty tiled floors. Had to mop them myself just so we wouldn’t feel so nasty. The condo is beautiful but needs thoroughly cleaned rather then making it presentable enough to appear clean.

Gulf Front Paradise
The condo and the location were everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, clean, huge deck, great kitchen appointments. It is on a less crowded area of the beach, which was really nice, and the Gulf sand is like none other. We loved access to the huge deck and Gulf views from both the living room and the master bedroom. Although we had a couple of days of storms, the sliding glass doors were very sturdy and the condo tight against the elements. It was great to have a dedicated parking space. The pool deck areas were clean and several areas of seating. We saw people grilling, and there is a great restaurant across the street. It was hard to leave such a beautiful place.

Relaxing week at the beach
Emerald Isle is very nice. The grounds were kept very well and clean. It was a great location on the quieter side of the beach but still not too far from pier park. The condo was very nice and spacious and the view was absolutely beautiful from the big balcony. The mattresses on both beds really do need to be replaced. It didn’t ruin our vacation but a good nights sleep means a lot. No issues with the elevators. We liked getting off the elevator and being only a few steps to the pools and a very short walk to the beach with no steps! We were a little disappointed that they have changed the beach chairs from the wooden padded lounge chairs to the wooden folding chairs. They still worked fine but just not as comfortable. Overall Emerald Isle was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.
