“It is definitely the best hotel we could see online on the island but did not realize that it does not have any special window view. While breakfast was okay, I had higher expectations. Overall, I may find similar facilities in one tier lower hotel too. Although being overall good, I don’t think it was the best return for the money. ”

“Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay.”

“Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site ”

“Hotel was clean, 2 mins walk from Rameswaram railway station. Check-in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast had a good spread of South Indian dishes. Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing”

“Average hotel. The staff try but really are unable to stay on top of customer service. Half the time I was asking for help on some issue or the other. Their response time wasn’t that great. The restaurant again tries hard, but is not well operated. Over all, not recommended”

“Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...
