“I stayed here two years ago, and it was the first time I gave a hotel 10/10. I came back this year very aware that Lebanese hotels tend to get worse by time. But here it wasn’t. The hotel is very unique comparing to ALL Lebanese hotels I stayed at. The level of professionalism is unparalleled in Lebanon. “The staff at the hotel need a charm education. We never received a "hello" or a welcoming smile from any of the staff, either it was the front desk staff, lady in red, the doormen, the cleaning staff or the security staff. They either tried to avoid eye contact or simply didn't bother. We never felt at home at the hotel, as a so called 5 star hotel suppose to make you feel (or any other hotel for that matter). Will never stay at this hotel again. ”
