“The property had all the things my wife and I need when we travel -- clean room, reasonably safe neighborhood, walkable to downtown shopping and dining, pet friendly, friendly and helpful staff, safe onsite parking, quiet location, and affordable rates. “The staff at the property wear so kind and caring! They wear friendly and always had a smile. They wear extremely helpful. The rooms wear clean and amazing! The lady who cleans the room so so sweet and kind. I just cant stay enough about the staff. Theu even let me check inearly with no charge because thwy code tell i was so tired.i will stay again in early with no charge.”

Good, but no power outlets

"Very nice hotel in a nice area. Comfortable room. A bit worn down. The shower didn't work great. A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets. Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. "

Amazing stay in downtown Vancouver

"It was a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. It is located centrally and the staff at the lobby, cleaning service and restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. I am eager to be back again! Thank you! "

"I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot of homeless and drug using individuals who live outside the entrance. "
