“Affordable stay for our mini vacation to Sioux Falls. Good location, close to mall & shopping & eating. Nice parking lot. Room was clean except for a condom we found near the bed. Breakfast was ok - wished they would switch the cereals or replenish items that were taken early.”

“We have stayed here numerous times and are always impressed with our stay. I was a bit disappointed this time because I feel the cleanliness of our room could have been better. There was a layer of dust on the top of the TV as well as a very thick layer of dust on top of the curtain rod. One of the bathroom lightbulbs was also out, and the shower ran a bit funny. “The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond friendly. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was much smaller than I was expecting. With a waterslide, you really need more than 3 foot deep water. This led to lots of scraped knees. Great pool for small children, but not great for older kids.”

“Extremely clean hotel rooms. The pool was perfect for our younger kiddos. It probably could use a good cleaning. The staff was very friendly at the front desk, as were all of the housekeepers when we would see them in the hallway. The housekeepers are doing a wonderful job of keeping the rooms VERY clean. We were very impressed. ”

“We enjoyed the cleanliness, the employees, the Vault, and the proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. The things we think need improvement are- 1.) the little coffee condiments. Powdered creamer is not good and we always throw away the sugar and sweeteners. 2.) there was not an exhaust fan in the water closet Overall, we love staying at the Hotel on Phillips:) ”
