Welcome to our charming Lake Nona retreat, a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a serene, gated community. This single-family home situated in a gated community offers a peaceful stay with easy access to local attractions.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated office space, and a laundry room available for your convenience. The patio and grill await for outdoor relaxation and dining just around back.

Our home features a smart-lock system for secure, hassle-free access, and we kindly remind guests to park in the driveway ensuring sidewalks are not blocked, adhering to HOA rules.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the neighborhood's all-inclusive amenities, including a pool, gym, tennis courts, and an arcade, perfect for leisure and fun. These amenities can be accessed via a resident key-card and will be provided upon request for a fee of $25.00 USD per day.

Air conditioning unit didn’t work
Listing was very misleading. Amenities shown were not included in price. Property manager was kind enough to comp since that was the only reason I chose that property. Air conditioner didn’t work it was 80 degrees in the house. Property manager sent technician at midnight. Didn’t fix the problem. Kitchen had caked on grease and dirt by stove. Refrigerator water line and ice maker inoperable, tin foil placed at bottom of the stove. When I sent a pic of the thermostat to property manager he laughed at the text and then quickly removed it. This is why I am submitting this review. Beds were hard as a rock. But biggest issue was suffering in humidity and heat. It was cooler outside at night than in the house. Walls had patchwork paint all through the house. Water smelled like eggs from an iron issue.

great stay
we stayed at Christmas time with my parents, my two children, and my dog. Sergio has fantastic communication.Great neighborhood. Very safe. House was spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, plenty of linens and blankets. nice small grass backyard for my dog. some things were showing wear and tear like the front door lock, and microwave. but overall was great and would definitely stay again.

Very kind hosts and easy check in/out
The owners were very kind and responsive. The home is located directly across from Austin Tindall park and makes a good vacation home if you are playing in a sports tournament there. Home had all the basics needed and certainly did the job for our needs as a place to rest when not at our tournament. Thanks again!
