You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. “We wanted to get away for our anniversary and arch cape was the perfect spot. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. We used the hot tub and the sauna and love the fact that it was pet friendly. Our dog had a wonderful time on the short walk to the beach. we will definitely be back”

“Beautiful private lake front cabin in the woods. The cabin appears to have been remodeled recently and includes a second A-frame structure for the ultimate kids bedroom/game room. Everything in the cabin looks new and is clean. The house amenities include a decent DVD collection, access to streaming platforms, Xbox 360, board games, fire pit, paddle boats, kayaks, BBQ. The furniture is comfortable. Great place to unwind and we plan on returning.”

“The house was clean and had everything we needed, the only minor quibble is that heating is through in-wall heaters that have to be adjusted in each room, but a lot of older houses are like this so it wasn't a huge surpise.The group at Vacasa was great to work with, there was an issue with the hot tub and they got a repair person out while we were still there (although we didn't end up using it). One of our kids did knocked a door off the hinges and they were great when we communicated with...

“Blue Octopus was truly adorable, kept in proper condition and check in and out was super simple and minimal contact which is very appreciated. Could wake up to the ocean waves, a luxury we haven't had since moving up from California.”

“ There were three of us and we had to bring in an outside chair so we could all sit together, and the bathroom door doesn't close. But we had a nice time aside from all the police presence and arrest drama in the back yard- which was just bad timing. Overall it was good and the property was clean”
