“The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster. The second had a busted toilet lid, a large, sticky spill on the floor, and ants crawling through the beds and spill. No towels. Filthy sinks and tubs. We left rather than stay. “Everything was awesome about this cabin. The only complaint would be the cleanliness of the place. There was dead and alive ladybugs all around the bottom floor bedroom and there was popcorn and other remains from prior guests on the living room floor. We also seen tiny roaches in the kitchen so I’d definitely recommend that be treated but overall we had a great time and the scenery close to us was amazing”
