The Space

This fully fenced, two-story family home is located just across the road from Waiotahe Beach and estuary, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.

The lower level features two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, along with a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom, a second bathroom, and the main living area. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge create a welcoming space to gather, with seamless access to the deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining and use the BBQ.

Designed for comfort all year round, the home features a heat pump and fireplace for winter warmth, while the large deck is ideal for soaking up the summer sun. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare memorable meals for family and friends.

Good location for our event we attended. Great to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen to use. Plenty of space. Was able to watch the All Blacks too , so a bonus !

Location was beautiful. We arrived in the night so it was a lovely surprise to wake up to the view in the morning! Such a lovely and warm home. Great for big whaanau as there are two bathrooms

Beautiful sea view
The Batch is located in one of the best scenic view location, overlooking the sea. Clean property equipped with most of the amenities. Disappointed with the tank water high metal content. Pls take enough drinking water.

A spacious house that is fairly well appointed although could do with a bit of a refresh. Good location although the highway traffic is noisy and fairly constant. Enjoyed the long beach walks.

An Excellent Spot
Pros: A well laid out, nicely furnished and comfortable house, in an absolutely stunning location. Cons: Sometimes traffic noise was annoyining. Also it would have been nice to get the "Things you should know" email earlier than two days before arrival.
