LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode in the welcoming living area, where new furnishings include a sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair. KITCHEN & DINING Chefs will love the newly remodeled kitchen, equipped with a large basin sink, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a roomy French-door refrigerator. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six. But why eat in when there are so many options to choose from just outside your front door? BEDROOMS & BATH This single-story home sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Find comfort in the main and guest bedrooms, each outfitted with a plush queen bed, dresser, and flat-screen TV.

The updated bathroom is configured with a full tub and shower and comes stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

OUTDOOR AREAS Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor table for four on the spacious deck. The large backyard is perfect for fun and games. And in the evening, relax and reflect on all your fun around your fire pit in the backyard..

Baseball rainout

Manier natives return for a visit
My husband, daughter, son-in -law, 8mth old grandson and I came from NC for a visit back home to Maine where my husband and I are from. It was a great little home for a week. Clean and spacious. Only down fall was uncomfortable beds and sharing a single bathroom for four adults. We enjoyed the oob area and the beach. It was super hot for being mid June in Maine. But the AC worked great! Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay - Old Orchard Beach
Overall great stay.. I would suggest a few things: 1) Some info at the house for guests - Garbage rules if any, things to do in the area, local shops / restaurants, etc. On our last day, after wondering if we needed to do anything before we left, we got an email on this. Knowing in advance would be great. 2) Maybe leave a few garbage bags, salt/pepper, etc. for guests. No guest staying for 3 to 4 days will likely buy these things. Just some simple feedback.

Perfect place for us to stay for our daughters wedding. Weather cleared up and we had a beautiful stay. House is bigger then we expected. So clean and had everything we needed. Easy access, tv in every room, ac in every room. Really the perfect house. Thank you for making the weekend even more perfect for us. 😊

Nice place and easy access to beach and local towns!
We enjoyed our stay, and the place was clean. The only issue was with the wash machine. Need to bring your own as the tablets did not work when we used it. Maybe some supplies with bags as we left a few for future stayers. Local groceries store you have to bring your own bags or purchase them. We added a few staple supplies as if you want to cook and all you will need to bring your own seasonings. Other than that, very nice place to stay and would recommend for future renters!

Amazing stay at Old Orchard Beach
Location of property was excellent, near Kennenbunkport and Wells Harbor where we went for a lobster trapping trip. House very spacious even for 6 adults and a pet. Communication with property manager was almost instant. We extended our stay for one more night and we were easily accommodated. Kitchen fully equipped, though it would have been nice to have at least a packet or two of coffee, tea upon our arrival. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

Nice stay in Maine
We were in Maine for a family wedding and I wanted a pet-friendly house close to the venue. This property seemed like a good fit. The house is nice inside, just the right size for 4 adults and our dog. Kitchen was nice, however, we like to cook so if that applies to you as well...I suggest you bring your own cooking supplies. Those were very limited. The outside was fine as well, nice yard. Neighbors are close but it was not a problem. Also, bring mosquito spray. It was a good experience. The house is comfortable and clean and the fact that they accept pets is a huge plus in my book! One last thing...a curtain on the door going to the deck would be a great addition. Thank you for a really nice Maine experience!

fun in the sun
we had a really great time staying at Temple. the property is exactly what we were hoping for, clean, comfortable and centrally located to old orchard beach. we couldn't have chosen a better spot!. the neighborhood was quiet despite being on one of the " main" Beach roads. kitchen was beautiful and the couches were comfy. communication with Liz was great. we had a really wonderful time. can't wait for next year!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin when we arrived. Lovely decorated with a feeling of home.The back deck was beautiful. The gift boxes were very thoughtful and appreciated. Exactly what our family of 4 and dogs needed for a vacation to the ocean. Great location - about a mile run to the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay and it was clean and ready for us when we got there. Clear communication and instructions ahead of time were appreciated. Having our own unique code for the door lock was convenient, as we were able to walk in as soon as we got to the house. Considering returning next year.

One of the best stays that we've had in OOB!

The house was nicely renovated and Beds were good. Unfortunately there was no Cable to use Televisions. Then why have them in all rooms? Also no umbrella for Patio Table, so we couldn't sit outside. Shower head screamed when you got hot water. Very busy Street and Trains going by every hour. Just okay for us.
