“I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. ”

“The location is very close to downtown Asheville. Parking is very convenient, with private and easy access to the bottom of a split-level home. The living quarters were spacious and tastefully appointed. We would not hesitate to return.”
