“Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

“Staff were all brilliant, couldn't do enough. The pool was a great addition and something to do in the evening with the kids as it is 20 mins drive from the city. Evening menu was quite limited but fine for a one night stay, food was good, hot and well presented. The only thing I would say is that the building is a little tired and could do with a revamp. But it was bright and clean and the staff were all exceptional.”

“Very comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast in an old and well kept pub. The room was very clean, roomy and cosy. Bathroom worked well and had hot water always. The staff were kind and helpful. We had two days where there was no breakfast because it was Christmas and they discounted those two nights but also provided some oatmeal tubs for us and extra bits for the morning which we appreciated.
