"The staff in this hotel is first class. So helpful with information of bus and taxis. And taking care of bags while we went to Tirana. We got a room upgrades when checking in and the rooms were very spacious. Breakfast ok."

"Bella Vista is a nice option if you want a good hotel that's close to the beach. The room was fresh and I had a big corner balcony with some ocean view which I really enjoyed. The best part is the beach and that every room comes with your own sunchair x2, and a parasol. The staff is friendly but it might be hard to have e decent conversation in English, so sometimes it was hard to make yourself understood. This is the same all around Durres so had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The breakfast included is okey but a bit dry, since there are no heating plates for the sausage and eggs. I went out to eat in the evening so I can't say anything about the restaurant when it comes to dinner. The picture of the beach is not from the actual hotel - it's the building in front of it - so the front is facing the road instead of the beach, which can be a bit misleading. You only need 30 seconds to get there though so it's still a "beach hotel" in my opinion. All and all I'm pleased with my stay and would recommend this for all people who put the emphasis on spending the day at the beach."
