Quiet location, nothing walking to around, but 2 min by car to smaller grocery, pharmacy, Outback restaurant etc. Free parking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very service minded!!”

“A great place to stay if you are looking for an easy walk up Capital Hill or downtown. We would definitely stay again. Only caution is, the location is not noise free…however, there are ear plugs on the nightstands!”

“Modem finished. Super clean. Very nice bathroom with tub. Premium toiletries. Plenty of thick plush towels. Very nice coffee machine. Extremely clean carpet. Seemed to be well cared for. The owner clearly cares about quality, the care of the rooms, and comfort of their guests. I have to travel to Seattle for quarterly business meetings and will continue to stay at Lakeview Boutique Hotel. Thank you to the staff for putting so much care and attention into the comfort of the guests!! ”

“Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Super neoghborhood close to lots of shopping and dining. Easy to get everywhere. Communication and process was easy. No check-out duties, you just leave everything as is and they take care of it. A couple of things to keep in mind. Parking is not provided and can be a hassle. We found street parking every night but it was not always easy. The area is vibrant which can also mean a bit loud on a Friday or Saturday night. ”

"I cannot believe how this hotel have this guest rating. The room is small but that is not the problem. It is run down and need to be refurbished. It is extremely noisy between rooms and from the outside. Even though I requested a quiet room I got placed in one with a huge fan outside the window that wooshed all through the night. The shower is so small you barely fit in it. The elevator is so slow you can wait minutes before it arrives. But the worst is probably the area around this hotel. A lot of homeless and drug using individuals who live outside the entrance. "
