“Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday.”

“We stayed here for a few days in August. It was nice and quiet for our stay. Unfortunately, due to the level 4 drought, there was no water views (it was dry). We took advantage of the pool to cool off, which was nice, but not the cleanest pool with cloudy water. We used the guest parking lot because the space in front of the unit was difficult to access with a full-sized SUV due to the tight turns, steep declines, and the neighboring guests parking in a way that blocked us. “We enjoyed a lovely long weekend celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house is very well appointed with everything you need! Communication was great and we had no issues. If only August in Texas was a little cooler… We lived in the pool. Also had a great experience renting a pontoon for an afternoon.”

“We loved our stay! Everything was clean and well decorated with a cozy feel. We were multiple families sharing the home for New Years! The kids could play in the yard, go to the swings, shoot hoops or enjoy the pool. The decks on both levels allow the adults to relax and watch all the action. Eats and drinks were close by. Making it easy to come and go! We would rent this home again!”
