“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
“Very spacious and well appointed. Lots of towels and bedding and even some complimentary snacks which were welcomed after a long day of travel. Was in a great location. Quiet accomodation and within walking distance to all of the best spots in Old Montreal. I would return again

“Amazing house with beautiful lake views in the heart of Pincourt. My mom loved the interior design of the house and had fun exploring all the different designs. It was also very well stocked with teas, coffee, oils and spices and was impeccably clean. Lake was frozen but we had fun watching people drive on it back and forth to their fishing huts. We are definitely going to try and go back in the summer to enjoy unfrozen lake activities. ”
