“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
“Hotel Bresoles was an excellent location in the heart of Old Montreal. Very nice spacious room. Clean and comfortable. The only complaints were with the bathroom, the sink didn’t drain well and the low flow toilets didn’t flush well. Otherwise it was great and I would stay there again.”
“The condo was quite nice. A little red flag when we walked in and ear plugs were provided in each room lol...BTW we used them. It gets quite noisy, especially on the weekend. Location is superb however, the space was appreciated and as well as the laundry as we were continuing on our Canadian exploration trip. I would stay here again.”
“I've stayed in many hotels and only a handful of them have had clean rooms. This hotel was definitely well kept, the rooms were very clean. The only thing I would suggest is having lotion in the room as one of the toiletries, they had everything else but that.
One minor inconvenience (but given that there was a wedding I'm sure this was an exception), there was music playing late through part of the night, not loud from where I stayed but you could hear it.
