“Amazing hotel and great staff”

“Room was roomy, staff was helpful and hotel was clean”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Pas propre, peintures écailles, pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 heures avec préavis trop court et ascenseur en panne, monter 4 étages avec tous les bagages de 4 personnes, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé même après avoir demandé, nous ne retournerons pas!”

“I will start with starting this was a very pricey stay but the place was excellent! The description was accurate and the unit was very clean. We appreciated the laundry for our longer stay. If anything could change it would be that we wished it had a dish cloth & soap so we could hand wash a few quick dishes. I will also say that the location was amazing for walking old Montreal. Overall a great place to stay.”
