“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
“1) The ac wouldn’t stay on for more than an hour at a time, which it got so hot in the room that it would wake everyone up. Including my baby who has a hard time falling asleep.
2) although the “no noise” after 11 I believe…. There were children next door who made a lot of noise past 11 and startled us with loud noises.”
“Beautiful and charmingly historic apartment in the heart of Old Montreal. The location was very ideal - just 1 block from all the action, but far enough away that it was quiet and easy to get an uber. The unit was well-equipped and the staff was very responsive. Downstairs was a cafe, great for grabbing a quick breakfast.
Only complaint is that when I went to extend my stay by 1 night, I was charged the one-time property fee a second time, and the host wouldn’t refund me when asked. They...
“Amazing house with beautiful lake views in the heart of Pincourt. My mom loved the interior design of the house and had fun exploring all the different designs. It was also very well stocked with teas, coffee, oils and spices and was impeccably clean. Lake was frozen but we had fun watching people drive on it back and forth to their fishing huts. We are definitely going to try and go back in the summer to enjoy unfrozen lake activities. ”
