“Great location. Cute and clean place. Was pretty noisy on Saturday night because it's so close to a bar, but not enough to keep us awake. Thankful there is parking available in the nearby park. AC stopped working but they responded pretty quickly.”

“This rental was super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed! We had family members from 8 years-74 years and everyone was completely satisfied [thanks for the bins of toys!]. Many activities/restaurants were walkable and having onsite garage parking was so handy. The location made trips around town very easy. We appreciated the quick responses to the few inquiries we had. “Perfectly sized for our family of three! Stellar coastline views and ocean vistas. I didn't want to ever leave! Also unbelievably close to so many restaurants, bars, and groceries. A lovely walk to the Belmont section or the Pacific Beach pier. The parking spot is compact but very functional. We had a "small" SUV as per Budget - a Dodge Hornet - and had no trouble getting it inside the red line. House was well stocked with paper products & towels. We'd definitely stay here again! ”

“Could not use garage---too tight. House was very nice and very clean However, two bedrooms did not have closets Kitchen was completely stocked with good cooking equipment. Door on dishwasher needs to be repaired. as it kept falling open and cycle seemed very long. Thank you for a nice week.”

“My kids are young and enjoy playing in the sand and the waves, and this house is perfect for that. The beach is a two minute walk away, and the house is setup for beach activities with a nice outdoor shower and a garage that has room to set down beach gear. The kitchen is big and fully stocked, there's lots of room for everyone to sit and watch a movie, the patio is nice as well. If I had to complain, my notes would be that the upstairs loft has a couple of twin sized beds that are really only...

“Overall home is nice. Location is amazing! As other reviews have stated, the kitchen chairs were super dirty with hige rips, I didnt sit down on them. We could not get Direct TV to work for kids. Dryer didn't work which was a bummer with wet beach clothes. Other than that it was great! ”
