“The bathroom was not clean. There was a glob of hair in toilet and you could tell the shower was not wiped down, there were a couple strands of hair on wall and a ring from a bottle on the shelf that I tried to wipe off to see if it was stained and it wiped right off”

“Overall it was great! We really enjoyed the area that the hotel was located. Right across the street from the ballpark. The room overall was pretty nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was okay as the floor tiles were visibly dirty, but that's to be expected with white tiles on a floor. There were occasional loud cars on the street throughout the night, but nothing that woke or kept us up. All in all, we'll most likely be staying here again!”

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“I always choose this one when I have an event at the Enterprise Center, since I don't mind the walk. I was met by valet, they were extremely helpful and nice throught my stay. The front desk lady (sorry, forgot her name) was equally as great. She was very kind and check-in was quick and easy. Love this hotel as its always clean & quiet. Rooms are very spacious. Will definitely keep coming back ”

“The stay was nice hotel is beautiful, elevators need to be repaired there was only one working it was very shaky, hotel was very busy the weekend I stayed needed extra breakfast attendees but they did the best they could to keep up staff was great overall ”
