“It’s a great place for families. Just don’t need anything from house keeping. Like towels or toilet paper. You will have to go yo the front desk at least 3 times for service. We stayed 3 nights with 5 people in each of our rooms ”

“The nicest Ritz I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful pool area, beautiful villas, beautiful dining room and outside fireplace sitting area was perfect. The staff is over the moon. So accommodating and friendly. Whatever we needed they made it happen and we seemed to have been very needy this trip traveling with an3 month old… We will definitely be back to Dallas and when we do we will definitely stay here again! ”

“Easy check in and out. Communication with host was good, But I wish I knew there was a sunken den or living space in the middle of the house. Not so great for elderly or very small children. The automatic lights sensors need improvements. The bathroom and kitchen do not stay on long enough. Leaves you in the dark while in shower. To cook a meal or wash dishes was a challenge. There should be an override switch for these rooms. We did enjoy the outdoors ”

“House was nice and clean. Pictures of home online were up to date. Master bedroom bed was nice and comfy. Very close to the stockyards and downtown. Backyard was fenced and our dogs enjoyed the freedom of running in the back yard. Alfredo was the perfect host and answered questions quickly. He even left dog treats and dog bowls for our dogs! Would recommend and stay here again.”

Way too expensive

"The hotel itself was nice, and the room was comfortable, but unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the high price tag of €250-€300 per night. The food was below average, which was disappointing given the cost. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better dining options and quality. It also felt like the hotel was taking advantage of its proximity to the airport and the frequent flight cancellations to inflate prices. While the facilities and accommodations were good, they didn’t justify the steep pricing. This might work as a mid-range option, but it’s definitely not worth the premium rates they charge. Unless the food quality improves and pricing becomes more reasonable, I wouldn’t recommend staying here"
