“Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. ”

“This property was perfect for our stay. We work nights normally so staying out all night and bar hopping and mingling with the locals was exactly what we were looking to do. Came into town for a wedding and was able to walk everywhere and sight see. We did a ghost bar crawl, the bizarre museum and danced all night at the reef cafe. This particular weekend was the Riverwalk festival and we were able to shop at all the vendors and enjoy some carnival food as well. We created a lot of fun memories....

“We had a great stay with 4 adults. The condo was very clean and bright. It had really easy access to the beach, just steps away from the back patio. The condo listing says it could sleep six, which it could, but it would be tight for six adults. We were very comfortable with four adults. I would stay here again.”

“We had a small family Thanksgiving this year so we decided to enjoy it at the beach. Beautiful sunrises and perfect walk to the pier. It was chilly but 2 nights was just right. Kitchen was stocked enough but I brought my own storage since I knew they’d be leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms was great. My adult son was too long for the bunk beds so we have officially out grown bunk beds! Oh well! Beautiful area, had never been to Topsail. Would recommend this condo if the 2 sets of bunk beds works...

“Overall very good experience. Owner didn’t respond to an inquiry a few days before our arrival. To be fair the info had been provided in the documentation and I did locate that before we left for vacation but still not very professional to completely ignore our message. Condo was pretty nice. Floors are very uneven but that is a structural issue but didn’t affect our stay. Other than watered down hand soap and no toilet paper in one bathroom (there was a full roll on dining table) we had no...

“Enjoyed staying in this 1st floor beachfront condo with my wife for a long weekend. It is well equipped and clean. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and warm sun. We watched the sunrise over the ocean a couple of mornings. Overall a great experience.”

“Very comfortable and well appointed condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan or utensil one would ever need. The view was awesome. Tony was very responsive and a delight to work with! It was difficult to leave, but I hope to come back soon!!”
