“When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel.”

“Nice hotel close to train station Bristol Parkway. The location is a little bit off compared to the city centre but there were bus stops within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the bus will take you to the city centre in about 40 minutes. Good and clean rooms, nice breakfast with the choises you would expect and I didn't experience that they ran out of anything during breakfast. I don't know if I'll ever come back to Bristol but if I do, I would consider staying here again.”
