“Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

Location was great and super close to UT where I had a conference to attend. The surrounding area is a bit up and coming , there was a lot or homeless people at the park across the street, so just stay vigilant and safe. . ”

“I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad...

“I came with my family and it was a horrible experience. Finding the front door took 15 minutes. Then we walked in and the closet had two wet towels. Then the towels in the bathroom had hair all over them. Then there was black mold on the caulking of the bathtub and stains in the tub as well. There were stains on one of the pillows. I tried contacting Vrbo multiple times and they redirected me to the Property Manager twice and the property manager never got back to me. Its not worth going here.”

“Our stay was nice, but something was off. I finally woke up in the middle of the night and realized the apartment we were in was not the exact one listed. The furnishings were pretty much the same except the bedroom furniture was totally different. The biggest difference was that we did not have a balcony with a table and chairs, in fact you could open the slider for fresh air but there was only a space of 12 inches and then the railing. ”
