âWe booked a room for five. We got a double bed and a bed sofa without any blankets and pillows. I asked the front desk how this could be a five bed room. She call and the staff brought us one more bed. I would expect a Hilton hotel to provide the bed without us asking as well as making the bed. We think that the double bed had old sheets (see the picture) and the ventilation was very dirty. I think this hotel could do much better. The breakfast is good but is as often in the US lacking...

âAfter a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. DidnÂŽt like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have...

âVery professional and kind. Clean with complimentary hot cocoa and water. Great staff that love what they do and made wonderful accommodations for my daughter and I with no trouble. They were informative and I felt very welcomed. The indoor pool was clean and open until 10pm. Incidental and parking fair and affordable. The Bistro was 7/10, solid 8 for the kind bartender and kitchen staff.â
