“We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.”

“What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up. View from the covered patio was breathtaking. Thank you for an incredible stay!”

“We loved this property location. It is VERY safe and convenient for a relaxing vacation. We traveled with another couple, who booked a different room on the property and had included the beach club ($30/person) and daily maid service, for the same price. We did not realize that was an option when booking so would suggest reaching out about that. ”

“We knew this would be a decent two star hotell so our expectations reflected this. Very close to the beach. Only issue we had wich was not the hotels fault is that if you have your room on the left side its close to a bar that plays loud music until 2:30 am every night”
