“We had stayed at this property previously. The marketing on this reservation, including pictures, gave us the impression that we would be sraying in the same downstairs unit with a hot tub. We were disappointed to.learn upon arriving that our accomodations were actually in the upstairs unit, which is much less desirable to us than the downstairs unit. Aside from that, we still enjoyed our stay regardless”

“This house was just right. It had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfy, and it is right on the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of room for my family to sleep and hang out watching a movie and playing games. I would stay here again. ”

“We didn't realize this was basically a studio/hotel room. It's a small unit in a much larger complex, called the Sea Gypsy. We appreciated the beautiful views from the large windows. The flooring needed to be replaced but we were warned of that before our stay and chose to go anyways. We had a good trip but wouldn't stay here again due to it being overpriced for what we got. ”

“Would absolutely recommend this rental. It was quiet & felt pretty private even though it's centrally located in Oceanside. Easy access to restaurants, beaches & many hikes.”

“Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted. ”

“We didn’t get to stay there. Reservation was canceled by VRBO the night before we left home and there was nothing open within 150 miles of our destination. Very disappointed. Forced to use a different app for accommodations. ”

“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand...
