“We had a great time at the resort, thanks mostly to Daniela at the front desk, who truly knows how to make a guest feel welcome, and Jordan- who escorted us to our room on the property and was extremely kind and efficient. We immediately felt at home with the service here. The property is so pretty, and our room was upgraded at no charge to us- we were wowed by the staff and the service! ”

“It was just fine, not bad and not amazing. We were a bit disappointed with the view from the balcony. It was towards the forest and the centered part of our view was the staff parking for trucks. So it felt like it took over a bit. It felt more run down and older than we thought it would be. But nice staff and a bonus point for the smores! ”

“Very nice resort, a perfect location for skiers with ski-in/out and gear locker room. Hot tubs were really nice after a day of skiing, and there were several of them, so plenty of space. The restaurants were all good, especially Six Peaks (try the roasted carrots!). Also had good meals at the Noodle House and Sandy’s Pub (bartenders at Sandy’s were great). I thought the room rate was very reasonable given the resort’s prime location and amenities.”

“In general a good hotel but the location close to a heavy trafficed road was no good. The traffic was disturbing at the room balcony. The room was well cleaned but the balcony was not. The information from the hotel tells there are 3 restaurants but only one of them was daily open for dinner and it was no good choice. The same restaurant was the only one serving breakfast but it hade a limited menu that didn’t suite us. In addition restaurants closed early. We hade to go downtown Napa to eat and...
